Both the prices and the services offered were better than we were getting from Waste Management, so we signed up. We never had any problems with the pick up service we received from Republic. There was one snow storm that they were not able to service the city. They pushed service out a week, but we were allowed to put out extra bags for them to pick up that next week. When we moved out of state all it took was one simple phone call to cancel my service and have them do a final pickup of our trash cans. It couldn't have been easier.

They have been late many times as much as three days late without notice. And recently they are send me notices that my payment has been declined by my financial institution. This I don't understand because the bank doesn't see this claim. When I make a payment I receive a confirmation number and they still claim they are not receiving payment. Been with this company for at least a year if not more and never have I had this problem. Something definitely needs to be done to correct this problem. I really fed up with this company and their service.
