I waited until the day before needing the dumpster, applied on-line, reserved, paid for and got the response almost immediately. The unit was deliverd the next morning. The driver texted when he was on his way, and then it was there. The unload and pick-up was so quiet, I wouldn't have known he was there if I hadn't looked out the window. The driver was friendly. I will use them again and highly recommend the service. read more

Plus it was a federal holiday on Monday and they still picked it up. The text communication of where they were, when they were coming, etc was excellent. Their price was average I think for that size dumpster. I expected about $400 and that's about what it was. I would use them again but hopefully I won't need to.

The seamstress was very curt and rude upon entry on the establishment. When she did come from around the back of the store, she abruptly snatched my daughter's dress out of my hand, took my request and gave me my yellow sip for pick up. End of discussion. The big problem came when it was time to grab the prom dress. Now in fairness, I was 8 minutes late to the location, since running around for this special event. However, I did call but when I received no answer, I figured that she was just busy. To my small heart attack, the establishment was closed. I was devasted to say the least! I would've really liked a phone call to say "Hey, I'm leaving soon", or "Are you still picking up the dress", something or anything for that matter. Especially seeing that it was a special event. I honestly, would've appreciated a little customer service moment, that would've made all the difference with being a first time customer. I will say that after I called my friend for help, she got in contact with the owner (I presume) and managed to get her to come back and open the shop so I can get my daughter's prom dress. Thank Goodness for good friends, right?!! I'm not sure if I would return or not but I'm definitely not using the place for urgent needs or special requests.
