But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. So I wouldn't mind paying 25-50% more (especially since they offer financing) if he did so choose for a faster service. He even threw in a free lock for the garage. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

I sent them photos of the garage door opener and whole area so they could see that the garage door was oversize and a normal garage door opener and rails would not work. We even discussed that the unit was for an oversized set up. He gave a reasonable price for just the head unit and we scheduled the work. 1st appointment - had to re-schedule as they couldn't make it. 2nd appointment - finally made it out and looked at the unit and said what he had wouldn't work and said he would need to get pricing from his manufacturer for whole new setup. I mentioned that we talked about it being a larger garage door before he even came out. Why didn't he tell me up front that what he had in his warehouse wouldn't work? It's been days and haven't heard from him. I guess if he can't sell you an old stock warehouse garage door opener, then he wants nothing to do with you. I feel like this was a bait and switch situation as the other companies were more expensive. I've texted him several times and have not heard back. At the very least, ANY communication could have prevented this review. Oh well, on to the next company!

I'm checking the sensors. Making sure nothing is blocking it in my crowded garage. Nada. So my girlfriend hits the button while I open it - and she comes over and looks up - the spring is broke! Preparing for the worst - I called, they quoted me less than I was expecting, and then said they'd be here _the next day!_ (No cars in the garage - this was NOT an emergency - it'd be a week with no garage door!) They called shortly before the window closed on their estimate (still counts! In the window!) and the tech arrived shortly after, and had the quote confirmed after checking it in person, did the work, and was out in roughly thirty minutes! New springs, and a quieter garage door! My ONLY complaint - I used their online form to request an estimate - it submitted, but I never heard back via email, I had to call in! And when I called to "leave a voicemail" - they picked up and got me scheduled!

I Hired Apco to put new siding on my house, it did not need it we really just wanted a color change…read moreand a new look, what a mistake! I am giving one star only because you must to leave a review. I told the salesman that I had extensive construction back ground and wanted to make sure the siding was installed correctly, he told me that there crews are so good they never have problems! I said I want to make sure the siding is left with proper room to expand when hot and shrink when cold, also nails are to be in the nail slots loosely so siding can move horizontally when expanding. I was told it woud take six weeks for them to start, at eight weeks I was calling them beause I had not heard anything and weather was now getting cold, finally they called with a start date. The day they came out Jay who was the supervisor showed up to meet me and we talked for ten minutes and he left! I went to an appointment, when I came back nine workers none of which could speak any English were there. Hitting the nails far to forcefully there work was beyond sloppy, siding cut to long or to short! The salesman said it would take seven to eight days to complete the Job, they were done in one day! These people do not know what a level is used for evidently, I have siding that is not level and started at different heights on each side of electical conduit on the front of my home so it looks ridiculous! Our house house has several exposed areas where improper cuts were made and are now subject to water infiltration. We have had them out two times to let them fix some of the visual problems, I have wasted my time walking around showing Jay the superintendent all of the eye sores and he gets two items fixed and says they are done! At this point we have siding up high on the east side of our house that was cut to short, but clearly not nailed properly because it is starting to come off! Our experience to this point has been terrible and we are still trying to let them make it right. The biggest problem is the siding being nailed to tight and cuts that are to tight, which leads to warping and leaking in the years to come. I have the manufacturers istallation instructions which were clearly not followed, and voids the manufacturers warranty. The proper solution would be to tear the siding off and have a trained supervised crew start over! I could go on but this is already to long save yourself a lot of grief and premature aging and find a company that cares about quality!

As anyone know when you lose something of value, I was starting to panic. As the realization that my keys are gone or going to be lost for the foreseeable future, I got on yelp to see if I could talk to some locksmith to help me out. I got a couple quotes from locksmiths. But Igor's stood out. He offered fast service at a great price. So I decided to go with him. He was here in no time at all. Also he was very knowledgeable. One locksmith was going to charge me almost double because they claimed that my car needed a chip in the key to make it work. Igor told me that this is not true, and no chip was needed. He was truthful and honest and did what was best for me (the customer)! When he got here he was friendly and nice. He popped my door open pretty quick and got me a new key in no time.
