But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. So I wouldn't mind paying 25-50% more (especially since they offer financing) if he did so choose for a faster service. He even threw in a free lock for the garage. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

I mentioned that we talked about it being a larger garage door before he even came out. Why didn't he tell me up front that what he had in his warehouse wouldn't work? It's been days and haven't heard from him. I guess if he can't sell you an old stock warehouse garage door opener, then he wants nothing to do with you. I feel like this was a bait and switch situation as the other companies were more expensive. I've texted him several times and have not heard back. Despite the patio not being treated before winter, then when they did come out it was a terrible finish and another company corrected. The patio is not level in a couple areas and the custom stamp and cuts they made in the patio were not lifted up causing a bubble like look. Also, while completing the project, I called in numerous times to complain, I would have people come out at the end, but after several services calls and nothing accomplished, I finally stopped fighting and said I would leave a review. As anyone know when you lose something of value, I was starting to panic. As the realization that my keys are gone or going to be lost for the foreseeable future, I got on yelp to see if I could talk to some locksmith to help me out. I got a couple quotes from locksmiths. But Igor's stood out. He offered fast service at a great price. So I decided to go with him. He was here in no time at all. Also he was very knowledgeable. One locksmith was going to charge me almost double because they claimed that my car needed a chip in the key to make it work. Igor told me that this is not true, and no chip was needed. This showed that he knew what he was talking about and he was honest. I think a lot of places might fabricate that just to make more money, but not Igor. He was truthful and honest and did what was best for me (the customer)! When he got here he was friendly and nice. He popped my door open pretty quick and got me a new key in no time. He even went above and beyond, because my driver side door always had a hard time turning. So he oiled it up for me, so now the lock works perfectly and smoothly.
