My referring dentist never received a follow-up report of my surgery by this practice; even he could not get through to the office for information pertinent to my care. The Camp Hill office reception area is luxuriously appointed, but don't get comfortable; it's all for show and mostly benefits the staff, I imagine. You will wait in a cramped area full of other patients awaiting their procedures with no visible air filtration system in site. The office manager has been unavailable to meet with me despite requesting to discuss scheduling and patient safety concerns with her twice. Buyer Beware! Go elsewhere.

I found a piece of tooth in my mouth after the surgery. The nurses scoop it away from me but they did not call the doctor to take a look at me or the tooth. 3. After surgery and when they were ready to escort me out of the office I was told that they did not do follow-up visits. I should call if I had questions or problems. 4. Ten days out of surgery I was still having pain numbness and bad taste in my mouth so I called the office. They said what I described was normal. They did not want to see me but I told the I wanted the doctor to look at it so they scheduled an appointment. 5. ..to be fair they did an xray and said all was fine. They nurse snd doctor spent less than 5 minutes of their time with me This is not the care I wanted, but am glad that the extraction site is well.

My initial call to set up a consultation appointment went smoothly; the consultation was good - the doctor a bit abrupt and hast, but kinda took that as a typical doctor doing a mundane consult and probably having another patient waiting... I scheduled my daughters surgery date afterwards & was told the billing coordinator would reach out to notify us of insurance coverage / our portion. I waited two weeks & had not heard a peep. I called the office and pushed the option for billing - each time it went to voicemail. I eventually left a message & waited another day + a weekend before calling the scheduling line to inquire further... I apologized initially for calling that line & explained the above before she started telling me that she was the billing person but she's covering the office. This didn't come across as informational; it was said with a lot of inflection/tones that could be taken anyway except "I'm here & happy to help you." Honestly, she needs some basic customer service training as I received every excuse possible when all I wanted was an answer... a simple "I'm sorry, let me look into this" or a "I need a bit of time but can followup with you by X" instead I heard about their staffing issues and how overworked she is... all I really took away from the conversation was how much she hates her job & how horrible this practice is & when I pushed to get a time/date she would be able to get me an answer she just became ruder. When I hung up, I called another provider - I could tell she answered the phone with a smile, she was readily willing to assist me, easily scheduled an appointment that fit my timeframe & who made me feel like I wasn't a burden. Towards the end I thanked her for being so helpful with answering all my questions & explained my experience that had just occurred with Miller Oral -- she even apologized on their behalf! I later emailed requesting to cancel the appointment; assuming this wasn't received I called today to confirm. It was - I wasn't even worthy of a response. The girl today was helpful & I since I felt this should be addressed with their office manager I asked for their name... and was told her name is Megan; based off the other reviews here I'd be willing to bet Megan would never address my concerns with her boss as I'm fairly sure my previous experience that led me to cancelling was also her. I hope the owners/doctors see this review; as this continued lack or service & professionalism will continue to impact patients & ultimately the business.

I wasted over $5,000 on that denture that is now in the garbage. The doctor at ClearChoice not only gave me a permanent top implant, it was included in the price with the bottom. I got full implants at a very reasonable price and am loving my life and my smile which I haven't had for years. I literally cried when the doc said the permanent top implant was doable without a sinus lift and included in the price. I'm not sure what I loved more, the transparency, professionalism, or the friendly staff. Everyone was always smiling no matter the time or day. I think they might be a cult. Kidding. She talked over me multiple times, even though I advised I was trying to provide her with my insurance information. I should've taken that as a sign to end the call and leave it at that. I was finally able to intervene and tell her it was as I've already completed the eligibility via my insurance's website. She took all the info and made the appointment. I didn't feel the greatest about it but decided to let it go. She called me this morning with ZERO phone etiquettes.. no greeting, no telling me who she was or where she was calling from, just asked if I was xxx. I asked for her name, as she called me. She then proceeded to raise her voice in annoyance as if what she did was ok. Please invest in some customer service and phone etiquette's training as your employees should not be calling patients without stating who they are and where they're calling from. Oh, and a little kindness goes a long way. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment.

Angie at the front desk is the most efficient and welcoming office assistant! She is on top of everything. I honestly don't know what Dr. Teramae would do without her! On top of that, Dr. Teramae takes great care of my mouth. He has the most gentle touch - which really helps ease some of my anxiety when I need to see him. He is very thorough and doesn't rush at all. If you don't already have a dentist, I would recommend you check them out. And if you already have a dental office but need a switch - check them out too. For new patients I know it's a little harder to schedule preventive cleanings, but that's just because they are awesome and everyone wants to go here!! Can't say enough good things about them!!
