When it's time for me to send them my information, copies of forms, etc., they first email me a document that contains about 20 or so items/questions that I need to respond to....things like my full name/address/SS....then info on charitable contributions...stock trades/dividends, etc. The usual. It's very easy to follow along and just answer the questions, save the document and then email it back to them. Uploading copies of 1099 forms, W-2's etc to their website platform is also very easy. However, I keep getting feedback about all the running TV ads for The Tax Doctor....that is not him running the ads....when I asked him about it he said that someone else took his corp name he owns and has been using for 35 years! John is the only real Tax Doctor and was the first to come up with and use the name so please quit associating reviews that are negative about him bc of TV ads they have nothing to do with him!....It's really unfair and everytime I refer him now I hear, "Not the company that runs those obnoxious ads all the time!".....it's some other company who took his name!
