Despite the word MILD in its product name, it was anything but mild. I tried to leave a response on this company's website, but their communication tool was disabled. I then left a voicemail, but after several days, I haven't heard back from anyone. Customer service is definitely subpar.

I have only found one place that is better, which is another Chicago business Nuts on Clark. The cheese popcorn is not a wet cheese like Garret's or Nuts on Clark. If you are looking for this type of cheese popcorn, then avoid this place for cheese popcorn. The popcorn had an odd taste, as if it was not fresh and absorbed the odors from the shop. Out of a house of three people with two from Chicago, all stated the popcorn was not good and stopped eating it after a couple of days.
