Do be aware they do close for lunch from 12 to 1 o'clock. My wait time before seeing a technician was only about five minutes. The young lady that took care of me did a great job. She set up my machine very quick and offered me several options for my mask. I have been using a CPAP & BIPAP for many years. Most of the places I've used in the past were not on top of things like this one. Fortunately, my insurance company covers this 100%. These machines can get very expensive. A few days after I received my machine. I got a phone call from Rotech. They were just checking on me to make sure everything was working okay. She also explained how I can get supplies and gave me a website. I would highly recommend this place if you can use them through your insurance.
