PEC has charged me $313.99 last week, after insurance benefit it was $193.99 almost double . They added $9.99 shipping charge , completely disregarding my request to pick up contacts in their office . They didn't want me to come back and question contacts price I guess . Now I am going out of town to see my MIL for the Mother's Day and my very pricey contacts will be out in hot weather entire weekend . Terrible experience with overpriced contacts , poor customer service and now worrying about receiving possible defective contacts because I am not sure can my neighbor pick them up from the hot mailbox.
