Didn't have many trailers in stock. But the had what I wanted and the pricing is good. They even put warranty on the tires.

I dropped off my enclosed trailer Friday afternoon which had a burned out bearing. The axle needed…read moreto be replaced. They had it ready Monday afternoon at a reasonable price. They even lubed and adjusted the bearings on the other axle at no charge! I would use them again.

So every year my job tasks me with getting a trailer serviced for a conference, and every year I'm…read moredirected to bring it to rocket city trailers. On the plus side, this place is pretty cheap and everybody is fairly friendly. On the negative side this place: Lacks any sort of professionalism. Has no idea what a deadline is. Can't keep a schedule, you can't even really be sure when to show up or call to talk to somebody. Let me elaborate a bit. So this year I called ahead of time to try to set up an appointment and establish solid deadlines about a month before I actually needed the trailer. I was told to bring it by "any time" and they could get it looked at in "a couple days". As we were pulling up, both office workers peeled out of the parking lot. I had no idea, but apparently they close for lunch - so "any time" doesn't include between ~11am and ~12pm. I hailed some guys down from the back lot, they told me to leave it in the parking lot, and they'd come get it. To be totally honest, I'm just assuming they have it right now. We unhooked it and left it in their parking lot, but they didn't seem to be in a hurry to collect it. I've called them a few times since then to try to establish some sort of work flow or expected inspection date, but no success. I'm strongly considering calling around and presenting other options to my employer. I've been pressed to established some kind of date since the time I dropped it off, but I have had no success with that task. Every time I call it's "a couple days" before they can do anything, and "a couple days" later, it's "a couple days" more. I now understand that to them "a couple days" is just an undetermined amount of time and not actually 2 days (or even 4 or 5 days). If it's your personal trailer and you have no solid time you need it back then this is probably an OK place to drop your trailer. If you're a business, I'd recommend looking around a bit before dropping your trailer here. Basically it's like you are letting your cousin work on your trailer, except unlike your cousin Rocket City Trailers doesn't have to see you awkwardly at family functions to feel your judgement. Update - entire process took about a week. Fairly quick turn around, but stupid stressful. Would have much rather preferred it took 2 weeks with solid dates, then to constantly have to check in.

They actually had us shop in their store for items we needed for as long as we had to learn about the RV. Today I found out that our house batteries are fried because we didn't turn off the second inverter power switch located on the unit itself. This costs about $700. No one ever told us there was two switches for the inverter. In addition we had to rely upon fellow campers to learn several basics including using the black tank power spray. When I called the following week to ask some questions about our RV, I was told the person who gave us training was no longer with the company. No follow up from Bankston on questions we may have has ever occurred. Judging From the other reviews, I would shop around before buying from Bankston.

Purchased a 2026 Bighorn 39FL from them, transported it back to Mississippi and when i went to open the slides, no good. Called the dealership, ask for a RV tech and was told one would call me back. Waited for an hour, in 90 degree heat with a wife on oxygen waiting to go in and sit down, but no one. Called to speak to Manager, told this store does not have one I would have to call Huntsville location. Called that location and transfered back to original dealership and connected to asst manager who after 15 minutes on the phone said "he dont have a tech to speak to me as they are out to lunch still. This was after 1pm in the afternoon and over an hour of waiting and still no one to help. I managed to grab a Mobile RV tech that was in the resort that I had gone to and he came over after seeing my wife having to keep going into the truck to cool down and plug her portable oxygen concentrator in, he was able.to trouble shot the problem and only charged me $150.00 for the fix. Bankston's asst GM called me and all she could offer is me using my warranty on the first day using my rv, which would have made is wait even longer for the fix. BANKSTON RV SUCKS, and they will never see me step foot in the door again.
