I took my truck to Ryme time tire and they told me that the lugnuts discount tire should not have been put on. They tried to take them off and one lug nut was already broken. I took it back to discount tire and they tries to fix my broken lug nuts but couldn't. They put in a claim to have my trucked fix. The claims people never called. I had to take my broken truck to Toyota to fix. Toyota told me discount tire put the lug nuts on and broke all six of them including all six lugs. They had a hard time getting them off. Toyota fixed my broken wheel at a cost of 525.00. And discount tire just says they nothing to do with it. DISCOUNT TIRE will brake your vehicle and not fix it. I also heard another customer had there wheels work on and when they drove off the parking lot the whole wheel came off. Discount was supposed to just check my air in my tire and ended up breaking my truck. And now tells me its out of their hands. Save yourself a lot of money and dont go there for anything. They will break your vehicle.

Can't get one of my 4 truck tires balanced, been back 3 times for the issue, still not resolved…read more gave up, dealing with out of balance. fast forward 6months vehicle 2, go in for a leak down, took 4 hours. originally quoted an hour and a half. say they found no leaks, three days pass tire extremely low. third vehicle, speed dependent hop , rebalance helped a little, still 1 tire out of balance. pretty sure their machine is giving false readings. Staff is kind however things aren't running as they should. wait times through the roof .

I called from an Oil Express place ( that was ignoring me) and talked to a very nice young lady named Ashton. She actually listened and told me I could bring it in. So I did, and within 10 minutes a nice gentleman drained ( or sucked out) at least a half quart of the very expen$ive racing oil. ( It takes about 4.4 quarts and the specialty shop put in 5.0 plus any residual in the engine. ) This small gesture was so appreciated and went a long way because i have 3 vehicles including a late model BMW X5 《diesel》 and classic 82 Jeep CJ7 and will put them at the top of the list on the future. Sabrina called me and told me that my car was ready for Pick up, I asked her if someone has test drove it and if the VSA light/turning issues Were resolved. She replied, yes. After I paid $1900 to fix everything on the revised quote relating to VSA. I drove out of the parking lot and saw the VSA light on. I pulled back in the parking lot. Jeremy , The manager, admitted, he heard Sabrina on the phone confirm with me that this new repair quote would fix my specific VSA light issue and went on to boast that he knew at that time that it would NOT actually fix the VSA problem. When I asked why he did not say anything , why he would allow her to tell me that, he said it was because he was busy with customers and a mechanic was talking to him at the time. I was speechless. He went on chuckling , with his feet propped up, slurping his drink, with a smirk said I should've spoken to him. When I expressed frustration that I didn't know I needed to speak to him, and this not being fixed has really put me in a tough spot, he literally belly laughed at me and said "you really thought replacing your wheel bearings, brakes, and tires we're going to affect your VSA light? So as soon as we got off work we went to the place she bought her battery to get a diagnostic reading which stated "bad charging system". Luckily, we were next door to Tire Discounters so we rushed over to see if they could replace her alternator that night because she lives almost an hour from this area and didn't feel confident she'd make it home. We walk in with a new alternator and ask if they can replace it. One guy said they could replace it but it wouldnt be tonight since it was about 5:15 and they close at 6pm. We understood but felt so defeated. I asked if they thought she'd make it to Scottsboro with a bad alternator and one guy said not likely. the other guy, Jacob, said he would go check her output to see what the reading was to help gauge whether or not she should attempt the long commute. once Jacob got the reading he began looking for her alternator to see how hard it would be to get to. After he assessed everything he said he wanted to go ask the other guy a question real quick so we followed him inside. After Jacob spoke to the other guy, he came to the counter and said he was going to put the new one on and said it will be done around 6pm. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure my friend made it back home that night. He was kind, courteous, and fast.
