She said they needed this to make sure they sent me the right part. Why a week later? Why not the next day? She then tells me they have 180 orders waiting to go out, and she's been working 18 hour days, etc. I gave her the part number, they didn't have that part, but they had a suitable replacement, based on my VIN, and would be sending that the next day. They never did need or use my part number, they were just stalling for time. When I asked for a manager, I was told she was the manager, and if I didn't like it she'd refund my money. This after waiting a week.

They got the pick up that the drivers' back back tire had come off, up onto the bed of their tow truck and hauled it over 130 miles away to where I wanted it. Police had told us that putting another tire there wasn't an option because the brakes had gotten damaged, and that's why we called Yarmon Towing.
