She got my information and sent me a replacement BCM already programmed to my vehicle. When I got it I installed it and still had problems. Then I called Joyce to tell her my problem and she was very helpful in finding out the real problem. I would recommend Deering to anyone that wants honest reliable service. Joyce spent quite a lot of time on me and my problem and it was very much appreciated. I felt like an important person.

I ordered a Body Control Module from these people. I called the next day and was told that there's…read morenormally a 1 day processing time, and then it's shipped out priority mail. However, they had a snowstorm, so it would be an extra day. I get a call a week later, asking me for the part number, even though they already had my vehicle information and VIN. She said they needed this to make sure they sent me the right part. Why a week later? Why not the next day? She then tells me they have 180 orders waiting to go out, and she's been working 18 hour days, etc. I gave her the part number, they didn't have that part, but they had a suitable replacement, based on my VIN, and would be sending that the next day. They never did need or use my part number, they were just stalling for time. When I asked for a manager, I was told she was the manager, and if I didn't like it she'd refund my money. I was having problems with one of my bearings and drove the car to this shop to get it looked at. They were pressuring me to get more work done on the car then it needed. When I refused additional work, and just had the bearings looked at, it ended up breaking just a few weeks later. Poor workmanship and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
