Don't Order anything as far as replacement parts from them! We desperately needed a fridge, I…read morerealized I ordered the wrong one, of course, I called as soon as they opened to try and cancel and reorder the right one, they said I had to wait for it to ship and refuse and pay $350.00 to ship it back! That is so crazy to me, I was willing to try and get the correct product, they didn't care, I guess we aren't already getting screwed enough with everything so high already and items not lasting over 2 to 3 years, and not to mention, I was willing to order the correct one. I will never trust this place or order from them again, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ONLINE!

We purchased on 12/19/25. As of 5/7/26 we still do not have the title!! They have blamed the state of MN, the fact that it's an out of state title, the former owners, the former owners bank, the state of NY the DMV and basically anyone but themselves. They do not apologize they lie amd deflect. The only reason they are now doing something is because MT Bank is willing to do more to help me get the lein release. Pleasureland does not care if you get your title. I firmly believe if they drag their feet paying the lien and transferring the title, in our situation taxes amd title fees was almost $5000! They are holding the funds. There is no other reason to do business this way.

We were blessed to work with Task Hill. He made the deal easy for us, did his best to help us out,…read moreand was thorough with everything. He never had a problem explaining something or checking on anything for us. When the camper was sent to service to install the hitch and attach to our truck, he made sure they took care of it the right way and advocated for us and made sure we had access to our vehicle and future camper at any time we needed, he practically waited on us with waters and got us food, and was always checking on us even when he was working on paperwork. This is what a salesman should be! You should feel like they WANT to work with you, and Task absolutely delivered. It's hard to come across this sometimes nowadays. I would recommend if you want a camper, go to Little Falls camping world and "Ask for Task!"

Finance they don't tell you what Everything your paying for and you don't receive all of your paperwork, they are pushy pushy, former employees told us the shady stuff they do to get paid for warranty work when you don't need it. They never return you calls and lie lie lie. Corporate called and Little Falls lied to them to cover up how badly they treated you, I recommend going to a private RV and trailers sale and you'll get taken care of as a person and not a commission.

We are so happy with our purchase and experience at Open Road RV in Monticello!…read more This is our first RV purchase and we weren't quite sure what to expect, but everyone at Open Road RV was super in helping us with the process from start to finish. Corrine answered my first phone call inquiring about the RV we were interested in. She gave us a great tour of it when we came in. Corrine and Kelli were great at answering questions too and we felt really comfortable because they are experienced RV owners as well and passionate about the great world of RV camping. Sarah was excellent at helping us with the financial work and making sure we got everything we asked for. She was always available to answer any questions and is very personable. Adam in service was great to work with and made sure any issues were fixed well to brand new standards. When the day came to pick up our RV, Steve was amazing at showing us how everything worked and explained things that were very easy to understand for a novice like me, as well as talking shop to a more experienced guy like my husband. He made it fun as well as informational from the start through making sure everything was hooked up perfectly before we left with our unit. It was such a great experience and everyone seemed to share in our excitement! We definitely recommend Open Road RV in Monticello for their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and the way they all seemed to genuinely care about our journey into the RV world!

Hunter, Travis and Adam were great to deal with. When picking the trailer up this morning, Steve walked us through everything. He was detailed, friendly, patient, and amazing! The whole process of buying/trading in/financing our new camper ended up feeling like a bad used…read morecar experience. The numbers they show on their website are no where near realistic (so a total bate and switch) and then when we started talking trade in, they swung from $3K to $6.5K (without seeing the camper) and just with the sales guy going back and forth to his manager 3x. Then there is the hard sale for the "extended warranties and extra coverages" - nice finance guy, keeps you focused on his cool stories (read the fine print before you sign). They ran hard credit inquiries before ever even talking to a bank, then ran multiple additional ones with multiple banks (and we had a score in the mid 800's. Then the service walk through: 1) didn't walk through setting up the back-up camera (said they couldn't at the dealership... but I was able to at the McDonalds next door), 2) left major amounts of construction debris in all the compartments (didn't clean so chips of aluminum and saw dust all over the inside), 3) didn't hook the battery up correctly so the solar charge controller wasn't working and was actually too hot to touch (red wires go to positive and black to ground), and 4) when I called back to say these things were issues and I wanted to take it to a different location to resolve, they said "go ahead, but we can't help you with that". CHECK EVERYTHING TO YOUR SATISFACTION (OR IN WRITING) BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEIR LOT. Then after driving home, we noticed the black tank valves were leaking. So brought it into their service department. After two week sand three phone calls was told - "Forest River denied the warranty claim... do you have our extended warranty?" - which we did purchase, so that apparently means this brand new, broken valve will get fixed before our second use. Out of 3 weeks, we've only had it in our possession for 5 days. As they were fond of telling us, they own 60% of the market, they apparently don't have to be customer oriented. This was the first time I ever felt like I was taken advantage of because of my age. We bought it and are now stuck with the situation, hope they don't get you too. I'm sure this review will get the old "so sorry you had a bad experience, please reach out to our senior management we we'll help resolve it." response. IDK. This was our 4th camper purchase over 20+ years. WILL NOT GO WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.
