We got to our first campsite and didn't have a clue how to get things working, ice/water, stove, shower, etc. no follow up from several calls either and Google was not much help because even though I put year model and exact model the information was incorrect. I went to look for an employee and then saw a young man that I saw when I first walked back there. When I came in he was just standing there on his phone when I walked around and found him the second time to my surprise no change. Just standing in the back of the store up playing on his cell phone. I decided it wouldn't be worth telling him anything. I finally found an adult over in the gun section but he was busy. I think I've decided that it's not worth my time and effort to return to the store!
