Shawn did a project for me that initially looked like a long term fix. After I saw some settling a year or so later I reached out to Shawn and he agreed to come out and take a look. After the meeting Shawn said he would be out within about two weeks to come take care of the issue with a little more lifting. Now a year later after texts, phone calls and emails that have all been ignored I am sitting with an issue and no warranty repair. Shawn was eager to talk about his warranty and his website boats of an industry leading 5 year warranty but do not believe it! It is just sad because my fix is so easy and he is still has no follow through and does not care about honoring our contract. Look elsewhere for your project.

We advised him to leave and that we retained an attorney, provided his name, etc. Instead of leaving it be and leaving this man leaves to go get the other 2 that were mowing out there with him just to come back to our house for a second time to again provoke and harass us, as well as call me names. As you've been notified and could hear on the phone, we have retained an attorney. Everything they're doing out here has been WITHOUT consent of the residents and we are not part of any HOA, have lived here nearly 17 years and never will be part one. No amount of abuse of power with voting, elections or threats will make us become part of one either. These actions were completely unacceptable and have been reported, as will any further actions made by your company.
