Timeline: 08/01/2025: Quote was sent, and Jake was told that we were going to pay first week of September. 09/04/2025: Deposit was paid, reached out to Jake to try and schedule. 09/12/2025: Finally got a response was told crew will be there in "the next few weeks" 10/06/2025: Told end of this week. 10/11/2025: End of week turns into Monday the following week. 10/13/2025: Jake texted rescheduling again. 10/14/2025: another reschedule, due to rain he said was coming, but I couldn't find on any weather forecast. 10/15/2025: rescheduled because it was windy and it would have been just Jake which he promises he will have tomorrow. 10/16/2025: Jake makes his first contact seeing my house in person, and despite being told on the phone that all my facia boards are rotten out and need to be replaced. He then tells me that he can't do anything that day because another team needs to come out and replace the facia boards before he can do the gutters but offers to refund my deposit back. It is now 11/17/2025, and I still don't have my refund, and cannot seem to get any alternative for sending my money back to me, like a check. I have been reaching out to Jake consistently just trying to get my $1,800 back so that I can continue getting my gutters done this year but given how long this entire process has taken to accomplish nothing. I'm starting to understand that this entire experience I've had is just a lesson to never go with a company that you have to fight to communicate with. Although I think Jake is doing his best, I have never felt less seen by a company that is supposed to share my dream of completing of my home.
