Unfortunate when you spend money on something to make your life easier and a company makes it more…read morecomplicated. We had our driveway seal coated and we had told them on several occasions including the morning when they showed up, to be extremely careful of our concrete ribbons next to the driveway and to not get any tar on them. We had it done last year through a different company and they were able to do this without problem. The one side of our driveway was perfect where as other side has splatter all over our 1 yr old stamped and stained concrete, stone masonry of the house and garage door. Called Dan the owner and he immediately denied any fault saying that water must of hit it because he has done over 16,000 houses and they have never splattered. It was 94 degrees out and no rain that full day, no sprinklers and no one was even near the driveway - no water anywhere! After me finally getting mad on the phone and saying how I would never use them again based on him just denying everything, Dan then explained how a complaint causes his workers to not get their bonus and that he would stop right by and take a look at it because the longer it cures, the worse it is. 3 hours later, still no Dan - text him again and he gives me an excuse and says he will swing by in a bit. 3.5 hrs after that, text again and no response. Looking on the internet, there is no way to get the tar off without stripping the sealer and stain color from our concrete. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go elsewhere!

He was such a great guy and I could tell honest and just someone I trusted immediately. I scheduled our week to be sealcoated I never told my husband, Eric, I had switched companies. Eric is such a perfectionist I could only hope SS would be just as good as our usual company. After SS completed the driveway I thought the driveway looked 50% better than the old company we used. The proof was when Eric came home and said the driveway looked "Great!" Ah ha that's when I told him I found a better company! Highly recommend! Thank you Dan and his team for a great job!! Suzanne

I am incredibly impressed with the team that completed the work to waterproof our basement. From…read morethe moment they arrived, they have been exceptionally professional, courteous, and hardworking. It is evident that they are highly knowledgeable and experienced, and watching their progress has only reinforced that impression. I also have to mention how pleasantly surprised I have been by the care they have taken throughout the process. Given the nature of the work, I expected there would be a high level of disruption or mess, but the work area has remained remarkably clean and organized. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the work looks beautiful. We are so grateful that we were referred to US Waterproofing. I keep finding myself commenting on how impressed I am with the quality of the work and how happy I am that we chose your company for this project.

I've used U.S. Waterproofing several times over the past 18 months -- sump pump installation, crack…read moreinjections, gutter cleaning -- and spent thousands with them. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the worst. In June 2026, a sales rep diagnosed a suspected basement wall crack and required a 50% deposit ($800) before scheduling the work. On 8/4, two technicians opened the wall and found no interior crack. They confirmed the issue was outside and that no crack repair could be done. They were in and out in under 30 minutes. The sales rep told me verbally that my deposit would be refunded in full. Instead, the company kept almost the entire amount and claimed nearly $700 was a "drywall/exploratory fee" for removing and replacing a small section of drywall. Two union carpenters I consulted said this charge is far above industry norms. I sent a certified letter to management on 9/3, which was delivered on 9/9. The refund amount they emailed me (only $130.55) had already been processed on 9/4 -- before they even received my letter -- and no one contacted me to discuss it. I'm now out $800 for a crack repair that was never performed and drywall work that does not justify the cost. I'm sharing this so future customers understand the exploratory fee and refund policy before signing anything. This is no longer a company I recommend doing business with.
