I hired this person Dylan to transport me to Columbus, Indiana. I told him I could not find much on…read morehim online so I needed a W9, he refused. He wanted to be paid four days in advance, I said this is not normal as I do not know you at all (his mother referred me to him on the NextDoor app). I reached out to him and we agreed on a price of $300. Four days before the trip, he said he wanted the money up front. I said I do not even know you, I will pay you when you pick me up. He said no, he must be paid in advance. I told him "put yourself in my position, you do not have a website, no reputable company, no business address... I dont want to get ripped off." After he pressured me to pay in advance, and was sort of rude over texts, I decided to pay him. Well today I told him we need to leave a couple of hours later, thus allowing him a little more sleep (keep in mind we are going to a hotel) and he said "nah that does not work for me, and I cant refund the money, as I paid everyone this week". Wtf? Who is everyone? You are a stand alone driver. He refused to give me my money back and now I cannot get my hotel room for him refunded either. He has no idea how to run a business and I hope he uses this as a learning lesson. I would highly suggest everyone not use this guy for your transportation. He will most likely rip you off and cancel on you the day before and not give you any money back. I even offered to let him keep $50 for the trouble, but he said "I cannot drive that late so I am not going to be able to do that." Avoid Dylan Bigalike-Johnson at all costs.

I'm leaving this review for the outstanding customer service I received…read more I called for a pickup at Hampton Inn Evansville to the airport. Ride was on time (early, actually), and the 20 minute ride was spent in friendly conversation, fare was approx $24 not including tip. The five stars come from the wonderful, personalized and thoughtful assistance by Terry (?) on the phone. After arriving at the airport, I realized that my (expensive, noise-canceling) headphones and case must have fallen out of my bag in the cab. I called back as soon as I noticed (about 30 minutes after I'd been dropped off), and she said she would call the driver and check for me. When I called back about ten minutes later (I had an international number and couldn't leave my own), she said the driver had already ended his shift and was no longer able to check the vehicle. She had me leave a forwarding address and asked when my flight was leaving, then said she would swing by the car at the end of her workday to check. An hour later, while I was at the airport cafe waiting to go through the security gate, I was approached by Terry, who recognized my voice and asked my name and HAND DELIVERED my headphones. I was so floored, I absolutely had to write a review. She singlehandedly saved my sanity during my upcoming 13 hour flight to Japan. Thank you!!!

I've had great experiences with Robert and Lisa. #2. I called needing a ride within the hour and was told they would contact Dave and see if he could do it. They said they'd call me and let me know. 10 minutes later Dave calls yelling and cussing "are you ready? You better be outside cause I'm here" (it is impossible to express the anger and stress Dave exudes. He is a man about to implode and explode at the same time.) I looked out my front door just as Dave comes flying around the corner and pulls in to my parking lot. I give him the I'll be right there sign and run to get my shoes. About 2 minutes have passed and as I'm trying to lock my door I can hear him cussing me. I'm 65 and disabled. "G D it lady come on! I'm putting it mildly. I get to the van and he's still cussing me about waiting so late to call. In the past he's cussed me for calling too soon so.... At this point I'm just tired of him cussing me and I'm an F-bomb thrower myself! I actually told him I was tired of his mouth. That's when he kicked me out of his dirty banged up passenger van and told me to call somebody else and never call them again. That's just fine by me because I found a great service with nice clean vehicles and really nice drivers. Give Raheem Taxi a try. I bet you like them
