As a woman, they talk to me respectfully and even though I am somewhat ignorant about cars, they don't 'make me feel dumb.' Their prices are very reasonable, and they seem to be honest when giving you options. For example: 'these three things are a problem on your vehicle, but X is the most pressing right now and you could probably wait to address the other things if you have to.' They generally offer a ride if the weather is bad. I trust them, and really appreciate the integrity with which they seem to conduct their business. Places like this are part of what makes small towns great!

We called AAA again, who called Alma Towing (the company that was dispatched) & was told they weren't coming. At that point, we had waited for almost 2 hours along the highway.
