Terrible. My guaranteed muffler rusted and fell off in less than 2-1/2 years. When the guy inspected it, he said, "whoever installed this used cheap aftermarket junk!" "Funny," I replied, "it was YOUR shop that installed this cheap aftermarket junk ". They gave me a quote, scheduled me for the next. After waiting for 90 minutes, the manager told me the other guy forgot to order all the parts. So we had to reschedule AND THE PRICE JUST WENT UP $124. Not because they found more damage, but the first guy mess up the quote. Now they refuse to honor their quote. Classic bait and switch. The guarantee is a scam since they get the price up to what you paid in the first place. Even s cheap muffler should last more than 29 months Edit 4/19- I wanted to edit my previous post. Give credit where credit is due. Today the management came through and honored the original quote. While it was a frustrating experience, they came through and made it right. I was very happy with the service I received. The manager Dan was very personable and very friendly! I was pleasantly surprised to find out I didn't need new tires yet. Yippie. Didn't want to face the 1,500$ tire bill yet. Lol but like I told the manager if he or the tech was dishonest they could have totally sold me tires, cause I thought I needed them. Came to have my oil changed, they didn't have the correct filter- they didn't tell me and I just waited, and waited. I went to the front counter and asked they said we are waiting for one to be delivered, I said "one what?" There is a part store right next door, I could of walked and got one. Called for an alignment appt. Gave them make, model, and year of my vehicle. I was given a price and an appointment time. I arrived for my appt. and was met in the driveway by an employee (by a mgr - i assume since he was only person wearing a tie) asking if I was there for the alignment appt. Initially I was impressed, but that ended quickly. I was told they couldn't align my vehicle due to not having the proper equipment to align my vehcile. I asked why and was told it was because of the tools needed for my particular vehicle, and I was basically out of luck. Mind you this was the same vehicle I described with make, model, and year over the phone during my appointment scheduling. Shouldn't they have known this when I made the appointment? Before I drive 30 miles for an alignment and wasted 90 minutes of my day. Terrible experience, I will DEFINATELY not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more

Had an appointment to have an exhaust leak checked out. Guy at desk was polite and they got my vehicle in 10 minutes after my appointment which was where my good experiences ended. The employeed pulling my truck into the garage had to wait on the garage bay door to open, while waiting he hit the garage door with my vehicle. Nothing too hard but I could hear it in the waiting room, so I didn't say or do anything about it, accidents happen. He then proceeded to try to raise my truck up on the lift using the wrong height posts. He started lifting on my running bars on the bottom of my truck when I opened the door and started yelling for him to stop. I told them to put it down and to back it out, I was leaving. The guy at the front desk came out not saying a word, walked around the vehicle and didn't say anything. I didn't see any damage to the front license plate holder and the running bars appeared to be undamaged but I have seen enough to not push my luck. I had been here before and had a good experience, but after this I will definetly not be going back. read more
