I will buy it and if it doesn't fit, we can always return it. He said I don't have the time to do this. I don't wanna waste my time with you. You should do this yourself online so I even told him OK I'll just go ahead and order it just tell me how much does it cost for labor and he replied back saying I don't even know how much it cost for labor so I told him so you run the shop and you're the owner and you do the parts and you don't even know how much it cost for this part to get put on the vehicle in ur own shop so that means you haven't worked on these cars before or replaced these parts before if you don't know how much they cost so I told him thank you so much. I'm gonna leave a review with what happened so I told me fck off and dropped the call. So if u wanna do ur car and self a favor stay away from this guy. And i never leave reviews but this guy with his attitude and professionalism made me leave this review

    I scheduled an appointment on May 15th for May 24th at 9:00 A.M. so I dropped the car off this…read moremorning at 8:45 and they told me it would take 2-3 hours. I called at 3:15 and they said it would be pulled in to the shop in 20 minutes. I hadn't heard from them so I called at 5:10 since I knew they closed at 6:00. The store manager told me they were working on it and it would be finished by closing time. So I pulled up to the store at 5:45 and got out to ask if I could go ahead and grab my old tires because I planned to keep them to avoid a tire disposal fee. The store manager told me "you can go ask one of them" talking about the mechanics. So I went and asked the lady sitting out front smoking a cigarette if my tires were ready and if I could get them since I had someone with a bigger car there to pick them up and didn't want to leave them waiting. She said something along the lines of sure I can whenever they are ready. So I sat back in the car until 6:20 or so and they had brought things in and began to close. I got out again and asked if my old tires were off since I saw them stack four tires next to my car and they said "no we are working on them up front at the desk". Around 7:40 I went in the office because I was sweating with the car off and two customers still there are complaining and one received a discount for his complaining. They both pay and say they won't be coming back. Now my car is the only one left. I watch them put the tires on and notice a lug nut is missing but they don't say anything and neither did I because I assumed they may put it on with the car on the ground. They drive it out front and hand me the keys. I back out, drive about 10 feet and notice my car is bouncing and making a knocking noise. I back up to the shop, notice my lug nut is missing and go back inside. I tell the store manager that my lug nut is missing and my car is having issues. He tells me "oh I forgot to tell you, we broke your lug nut but if you come back first thing in the morning I'll replace it absolutely free". He then reassures me "your car is fine and you can drive with only four lug nuts". I tell them that I am not driving that their is an issue. So they, the manager and shop technician (covered in dirt and rubbing black dust all over my seats and interior), get in and drive it about 10 feet again and then run to turn all of the store lights back on and open the garage. They told me they will get it fixed. I wait for about 20 minutes, it's now 8:10 or so and they come back out, tell me I'm good to go and to come back in the morning. Driving home I notice a loud clicking noise when I turn or hit a bump and have it on video. I also noticed upon my arrival at home that they have scratched my rims, the tires are filthy, and there are only 3 stem caps on my car. Plus, those stem caps aren't even my original stem caps. I had four chrome caps I bought from Autozone and they replaced them with black, hollowed out stem caps and only 3 of them at that. I had to come back the next morning before work to have them fix the issues they caused. The rims however are still really messed up and the tire sound seems to be gone. I never received any compensation for these awful problems. Update: The store manager and regional manager have reached out for me and made everything right. I had used this location over 10 times for multiple things before and they had been my favorite. I truly believe this was an isolated incident so I am willing to give Mavis another shot, especially with their excellent customer service. I am raising my rating to 4 stars.

I have little to think as it is day 5 and still no call back from Scott (manager) as I…read morehave talked to him twice(I called) and third time was told he was to busy to talk about my special order tire for my car that got a nail in it, as he was checking on tires in the back room. Left my message and asked For the update. Still nothing. If you didn't want to order me a tire even if I offered to pay a deposit or what was needed, you could have been nice and said you couldn't help me. Went 4 plus days waiting for your time to order the tire so I could get it replaced. $300 tires are not their things I guess? Worked with another tire place that took care of me right away.
