I waited 30+ minutes inside their building waiting to see a technician while they worked on other vehicles. They had me lift my hood but never came to actually check on why my vehicle was leaking oil; I suspected it was due too a cross-threaded drain plug or cross-threaded oil filter. They kept telling they would be right with me but after thirty minutes of watching them cut up and horse around with each other telling jokes in the roll-up doorway, I instructed one of the techs to close my hood I did not have time and I drove off without having my vehicle checked. for the record, Bay 1, had two vehicles completed in 30 minutes I was there, whiles Bay 2 could not due 1 truck because he ran over over of their tool and had to back up or something! Maybe it was due too their unprofessional-ism. If we have a motor blow up due too no oil, we will hire a lawyer and Take 5 will be buying us a new vehicle. I instructed my wife to go back and they made her wait an additional 45 minutes before waiting on her. She got off work at 5pm and at 5:45 they had still not seen her. I told her if they had not seen her by 6pm, to go too Speedy Oil change and report this as we would be going back too they and should have never left then as customers!
