The whole team was fantastic, especially Jared and Jacklyn, who went above and beyond. I bought my truck new in 2022 and have always kept up with maintenance at the Chevy dealership--yet somehow, my original air filter was never replaced. Jacklyn caught it immediately, showed me, and I was honestly horrified knowing my daughter has severe asthma and had been breathing through that old filter. They swapped it out on the spot and explained everything so clearly. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 7 minutes and that even included me chatting with Jared and Jacklyn during the add-on filter change. They even greeted me with an ice-cold bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. 10/10 experience. I won't hesitate to come back here again!

I went to my dealership (which i should've done in the first place) and they said that my tires are chopped up so bad on the insides it sounds like a wheel bearing issue when it's not. they told me to go back to firestone to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. when i did, MARK the manager insulted my intelligence and belittled my situation. he said things like "if you're going to come in here with vinegar i'll give it right back, if you come in with honey then we can maybe work something out" and "well you get what you pay for" and "you put in 5 dollars that's all you'll get back". he then writes me up a quote for the same economic tires i did not want equaling out to the exact same cost of the tires i purchased here not even two years ago. so their solution to their alignment ruining my new tires i purchased from them? to buy new tires again for the same amount. saying they cut me a deal because i should've got "road hazard". He kept mentioning this "road hazard protection" being the reason he couldn't help me..when the tires started cupping due to their back to back faulted alignment NOT due to my driving. ALSO PSA do not waste your money buying tires here. Their "economy brand" is $50 cheaper than high rated name brand tires like Goodyear & Kuhmo. Just stick with your dealership!! Even Pepboys would be better

Depending on if I get my refund or a load of crap from the manager, I may file a grievance with the State Attorney General's office. When I got the total, I questioned the pricing. The other service advisor at pickup said the tires I ordered were discontinued. Bullshit. Another lie. I pulled up the ad on my phone, $110.99 each. The ones I SPECIFICALLY ordered. At no time did anyone inform me that they were discontinued. Charged me $129.99 each, do they seriously think that women are stupid? On a positive note, the tires they put on were good in the snow. I drove 125 miles on the highway in a blizzard with no issues.

Gilbert assigned his choice mechanic, JAY, who began to meticulously and with caution and purpose change the tires and rebalance the wheels. tires to perfection! The wheels are special wheels , custom, and required special handling . The method used by Jay was planned, purposeful and with minimal , if any, damage to the entire mounting and balancing. Gilbert's management style as well as the "welcome here" approach is unbeatable in todays world! The pricing was very competitive and fair. BAD ASSES OF THE VALLEY…read more I went to Firestone Allentown when I experienced car trouble. I thought it was the transmission given the way it sounded and that I could not find any other examinable source of the noise. I tried to get my vehicle to this shop but my vehicle could not make it, and so I walked the last five minutes of the drive. Firestone was able to send a tow truck an hour and half later and retrieve the vehicle. They promptly looked at it and discovered the problem was with a brake caliper coming off. This was a simple fix, and as was necessary, they continued to examine the entire brake system and the remainder of the car for defects. Although one may argue this was an attempt to get more money, they found profound problems with the rear brakes. I know enough about brake systems to know if one leaks and gets air into the system then the whole system has no ability to stop the vehicle. So I had the rear brakes repaired as well. They also identified my vehicle was burning oil, so they added some. Some of the other problems with the vehicle Firestone identified I did not have anything done about since they were negligible problems for the time being. They did a great job showing me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. They did not charge me for towing, nor for rotating the tires since all of the tires were off the vehicle anyway. They fixed things relatively fast given I had not made an appointment. The three staff members I dealt with were always courteous and the price was fair. I have no complaints about Firestone and they performed from start to finish like true bad asses. I would recommend these men and this Firestone to anyone.
