They saw the contents of my parents home and all they were concerned about was what would be left behind for the estate sale. The packers literally dumped drawers into used boxes creating a nightmare for my parents to unpack. My father's Navy uniforms were dumped into boxes still on hangers - no respect for what those uniforms represent. Despicable. Here we are three weeks later and there are still items in their home that need to be moved to their new apartment! This woman even called me to complain about my parents and how much stuff the wanted to move. Who are they to decide what goes and what doesn't? If my parents say pack it, then pack it. Period! At 87 and 85 years old my parents should never have had to have such a disastrous move. Beware of this woman and her daughter. All they care about is making money. It was very stressful and overwhelming for me especially during a time of grieving, to empty his house and get it ready to sell while living far away. From my first meeting with Fred and Erin, I knew they were the right fit. They were kind and professional as they reviewed their process for the estate sale and then clean out. Once I removed all personal documents, I turned it over to Fred and Erin and drove home. They even said to leave the items where they were (in drawers, closets, etc.) and they'd remove, research prices, organize and sell. Once the estate sale was over, they did the clean out. During my final meeting, they gave me an itemized list of the sold items with the prices. I am very pleased with the process and with the professionalism of the Capo team. I attend a lot of auctions and estate sales and am friends with a great many dealers and experts. This hoard of crooks is nowhere near reputable. After I refused to continue dealing with these people in person, a friend called me on FaceTime from one of their sales to ask about some items. NANCY JUMPED INTO OUR CONVERSATION TO ARGUE WITH ME AND PUT ME DOWN. I don't even have the words for how awful and bitter this woman is.
