The sales department? Oh, they're quick to answer the phone. But customer service? Feels like they're using their own internet. Slow, useless, and beyond frustrating. You're forced through a maze of automated menus just to end up waiting 45 minutes on hold for someone who never answers. I requested their service on Thursday, June 19, 2025. The earliest installation date they had was Tuesday, June 24. So I waited four days. On that Tuesday around 3:30 PM, I got an email saying my service was activated. I got home at 4:15 PM, followed the instructions to set up the router, waited 15 minutes, nothing. Restarted it, unplugged it, tried everything. Still nothing. I called customer service, wasted 10 minutes navigating their ridiculous phone system, and finally reached technical support, only to be told by a robot that I'd have to wait 45 minutes to speak to someone. I waited 14 minutes before realizing this was total BS, grabbed my keys, went straight to Verizon, and got home internet for a better price. No upfront fees, no connection charges, just plugged the router into the wall, waited 5 minutes, and boom, 398 Mbps. That's 338 more than CenturyLink was offering me for just $10 more. Then it gets worse. I go online to cancel the CenturyLink service, which never even worked, and they have the nerve to charge me $28 to disconnect a service I never had, on top of the $50 deposit they already took from me. This company is a complete scam. A rip-off. They should be investigated by the authorities. Stay far away from CenturyLink. There are much better options out there. This one is a total disaster.

After my father passed away, they refused to take the phones back and were very rude about it. They lost the death certificate and didn't care that we had already turned it in, wanted us to drive all the way home for ANOTHER copy. We were trying to do the right thing and turn the phones on his plan in, and they blatantly refused to take them. I am not sure if they work on sales-based commission, but unless you are buying a new phone, they want NOTHING to do with you. Verizon online customer service told us to specifically go to this location and turn in the phones. They made an already challenging time so much worse after losing the death certificate. Providing no remorse at all and making us jump through 1000 obstacles when we were just trying to do the right thing and technically doing all of this wouldn't even have impacted us money-wise. I just didn't want them to lose out on the phone that still had payments on it. I ended up reaching out to Verizon Online Customer Support, who was very helpful and disconnected the phones and sent me return boxes. I don't know who this location is hiring, but they should reassess their service agents and hire people with better attitudes that actually want to do their job.

We reached out to Verizon online and accomplished what this location was unable to do. Their techs are unknowledgeable, inexperienced and will have you do all the work in store. They had me call a number that I had to relay information between the tech and the phone operator, I eventually handed the tech the phone so they could do their job. We wanted to return the phones we replaced, they were trying to lock us into paying for our deceased grandfathers phone. They're either terrible at their jobs or shady. I'm hoping it's the latter, I can't be sure though. Avoid this location if you value your time and mental health.
