Vast has rebranded or been bought out, and is now known as Bluepeak. So I was in a abusive situation and had to flee for fear of my safety. I accidentally left the modem and they were nice enough to charge me $456 to replace it...and they would not budge on this number despite the situation. I was having issues with money due to the cost of the move being more than anticipated and I could not pay it for 30 days and then they promptly turned me over to some collection agency. Pay attention as to why this company only has 1.7 stars as of me writing this. Customer service is poor and rude, and the representative that came out to install internet didn't even do a walk-through explanation as to what they're doing at the house. And because of that, my family, the customers, are now having to potentially eat a fee for missing some equipment that was never checked out to us in the first place. A.K.A. "You have two routers checked out to you on your account. If you can't locate the other one, you'll be charged a fee." Just logically, why would we even need two routers? Vast, now Bluepeak internet, customer service/customer care and retention clearly does not want your business. At the time service was initiated we were told by the salesman that we would have a locked in price of $50.00 a month for lifetime. They've since increased our price by $10.00 a month with no notice, email, paper bill or any other type of communication. When attempting to resolve with representative I was told that they would not lower the price. Contract is subject to change. Representative was not willing to work with us and made no apologize or attempt to resolve our issue. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you call to discuss issue and think you have it taken care of only to find out when you get the next bill that they didn't do what they said they were going to. On top of that they then charge a late fee because you didn't pay the portion that was supposed to be corrected and when you don't pay that late fee they charge another late fee and just keep charging. They charge a convenience fee to pay your bill online or on the phone. The cable they installed hung so low the kids could swing on it.
