In terms of selling, Billy took every step to elevate and position my home above the rest in a competitive yet uncertain market, from staging to photos to pricing to negotiations. Special shout-out to Heather, the Team Manager, who helped me navigate the intricacies and nuances of buying/selling by organizing and coordinating the necessary paperwork, communications, and to-dos on my behalf. She was a trusted resource; providing unwavering support, guidance, and clarification on next steps, and she did so with exceptional customer service and professionalism. There is no other real estate team I would recommend more highly than the Pauling Homes Team! I could not be happier with my experience!

Do not involve brokers like these guys in your Medicare healthcare plan decisions. They only tell…read moreyou about plans that pay them commission, and these may definitely not be the best for you. They don't care about your coverage like you do. They just want to earn commissions. Avoid. Avoid. ( Initially I thought I had to go through a broker, so I tried to find one. After much frustration with their work effort and agency politics, I decided to find out. You can and should go this in your own through the Medicare website. It gives you all your options, whereas these brokers only hawk plans that pay them. It's easy: Just go into the Medicare website and look up Medicare Advantage and supplement plans in your area. It's easy to compare and you can see up to date quality and performance ratings. If you're not tech savvy, just get someone to help you, it's not difficult at all! I found Treetop to be completely unreliable, flaky, grifty and unresponsive. Here's what happened: I called a week ago to see about getting a Medicare Advantage Plan and spoke with Sandy, the owner. I gave her my list of providers and requirements/preferences for what the plan should include. She seemed very helpful and friendly at the time, and was going to do some "research." Meanwhile, I also found out that an insurance broker I'd previously worked with, Tara B, was in a partner in this LLC, or on the team. I purposely did not want to work with Tara because I found her to be very difficult to deal with. She was either non responsive, or argumentative towards me in my prior interactions with her. Yet, stupidly and probably out of guilt, I left her a message too, worried she'd find out I called her associate. That was my bad! ( It took her 7 days to return my call). When she finally called me back, I told her I'd begun working with Sandy. She apparently then spoke with Sandy, who then bluntly transferred me to Tara. She said she'd transfer my info to Tara, but it was pretty sketchy so I had to provide it again. Sandy also told me she'd done "a ton of work" on my behalf, but that, no worries, they have a company policy that you have to go with an agent if you've worked with them before, I guess even if you didn't like them and they were with another agency at the time. This ton of work involved googling 4 providers and making one phone call. Less than 5 minutes of work. The grift is real. So then I was stuck with Tara and her non connective, unresponsive behavior had stayed the same. Her conclusion after doing minimal research, if any, was that only company that met my requirements was Medica Advantage. This plan had a lowish rating on the Medica website. (It was also misinformation). So, after another day of no or minimal response, I began researching plans myself. I compared multiple plans on the Medicare website available in my area. On my own, I found a Health Partners plan met every single requirement, even one Tara erroneously told me that none of the plans covered. (I didn't think they'd be covered either!!) Jackpot! I found the one that met every requirement!! All criteria met because I did a non lazy, non profit motivated search. You have to realize that only you and yours care about the plans' ability to meet your needs. After comparing multiple plans, I chose this one and already enrolled! To reiterate: There is no need to involve these brokers in your search for a Medicare health plan. It's easy to do on the Medicare site and you can see quality and performance ratings for each. You'll see all relevant plans, not just those for which they receive commission ms, regardless of suitability. The introduction of these 3rd party brokers is bad for consumers and often results in grift, lack of diligence as this case shows, and enrollment in plans that are not the best for you. Do the leg work yourself. It is not "a ton of work "!!
