I came from Northwestern Mutual where I had to be proactive about my financial circumstances, was prodded to provide referrals, and in general felt quality of service and organization was lacking along with failure to follow through in what they promised to provide. UBS has far exceeded my expectations. They have been proactive about following up with me, addressing my concerns, delivering what was promised immediately, inviting me to a thank-you-for-your-business-event, team involvement to cover every aspect of my "plan", stopping by my office to pick documents up, assisting with transfers and filings.
