From what I gathered, it seems there isn't a clear process or training in place for welcoming new guests. For instance, she mentioned that if I were actively inquiring about using the space, I would have received a tour covering the layout, amenities, restrooms, Wi-Fi, and other essential details. However, since I wasn't specifically asking, no such information was provided. As a result, I was left to ask questions about basic things like the Wi-Fi password, restroom location, and the guidelines for using the lounge. This lack of proactive communication made for a disappointing first-time experience. I believe there is an opportunity here for Regus to improve the onboarding process for new visitors to make their experience more seamless and welcoming.

However, when we decided to move out, the owner, Shri Chawla, refused to return security deposit to us. He didn't reply any messages, nor did he send any receipts for our money. We were a long time tenant at this working space and helped him fix computer issues. We definitely show our best effort to help his business as well. His attitude makes me sick. DO NOT rent a working space from him. He is moving his working space to 4019 Transport St Palo Alto, CA and 4039 Transport St, Palo Alto, CA, 94303. You can get a private office, a dedicated desk, a cafe membership (this means you find an open spot), or just join for the day. You can also get a la carte services, ie rolling filing cabinet, book conference rooms, etc. * Decent kitchen area with free Starbucks brand coffee. Plates, utensils, glasses, napkins etc. They have two large fridges and a microwave. * Clean! This is not your average dingy coworking space with half-empty coffee cups everywhere. An OCD'ers dream! Their cleaning crew is fantastic and keeps the place looking great. * Relatively quiet; great for concentration & hours of focus. The decibels never get to an obnoxious level. * Community & holiday events, mainly centered around food :) * Dozens of great restaurants, just downstairs on the main Murphy Ave strip. * Great coworkers including designers, developers, startup teams, founders, authors, creative directors and nice people of all stripes. While the space is not that large has comfortable working areas that are bright and welcoming. Ann also makes the space welcoming by being approachable and by sharing special treats. I do wish there were more soft areas ie couches for lounging however the out door patio sort of makes up for that. I loved stepping outside eating my lunch on the patio and overlooking the lively downtown.

Beware of post-cancellation charges and unresponsive billing support…read more I signed up for Spaces Santa Clara because the workspace itself looked great--clean design, solid Wi-Fi, and a personable front-desk team. Unfortunately, everything unraveled once I decided to leave. Clunky, confusing cancellation: Finding the cancellation option on the Regus/Spaces member portal felt like a scavenger hunt. It's buried under several sub-menus, and the wording is anything but clear. After far too much clicking around, I finally submitted the request and even received written confirmation. Still charged--twice: Despite cancelling, my card was hit with charge in back-to-back months. I emailed billing support immediately and looped in a regional manager. Aside from automated "we've received your request" replies, there's been radio silence--no timeline, no accountability, no refund. Bottom line: The workspace may look polished, but their backend systems and customer support are anything but. If you join: Screenshot every step of your cancellation. Monitor your statements like a hawk. Be prepared to chase down refunds on your own time. Until Spaces Santa Clara (and parent company Regus) streamline their cancellation flow and fix their billing follow-up, I can't recommend them.

The accelerator had a wonderful sense of camaraderie and was a supportive environment in which to learn business essentials, and to learn from each other. Outside the accelerator program, the Dojo is a really friendly, grass-roots environment in which people can hang out, do work, and share ideas, and the people in charge of it are very passionate about it. (As an example of it being a friendly place, one of the regulars there impromptu-shared delicious bacon sandwiches that he had just barbequed.) I've grown very fond of it.

Pre-COVID, I would avoid a one-hour long commute to work on occasion as my employer partnered with Star Space as a remote working location for their employees. There are numerous working environments (some formal, some informal, and also includes an outdoor patio that has WiFi connectivity) that are all set up with external monitors and peripherals. The printing is fast and there are conference rooms that can be reserved in advance for a small fee. There are sometimes community events meant to bring together those using the co-working space to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Post-COVID, they have aligned with proper precautions for the county and I feel completely safe working from there. There is a key fob that you can use during and after-hours, truly making this workplace accessible 24/7. Their kitchen is also fantastic. It is usually stocked with many single-serve type items (think cheese, hummus, pickle pouches, fruits, trail-mix type snacks, and beverages galore). Microwave, kitchen, and non-stop coffee. (There is oddly a premium coffee machine up front that I have NEVER seen been used as they charge a fee. This seems like it is a waste and should just be made available for users to make their own coffee.). Lunch is usually via a group DoorDash, but I find it easier and cheaper to often order separately and have it delivered to the the front door. All-in-all, Star Space is a wonderful co-working space that allows me to work outside the distracting environment in my own home, but not having to commute to my regular workplace or to another distracting environment like the library or coffee shops. You're surrounded by restaurants and cafes on your left and right, like Andytown, Burma Love, so lots of options just a few steps away while working in Canopy. The staff is just as impressive and put on amazing events every week. Gazelle and Shane are so accommodating and very helpful in touring and ensuring your time spent in Canopy is a comfortable one. There is a kitchen which is stocked with snacks, drinks and specialty coffee. Overall a great spot when you're working from home or setting up a long term work space. Even returning a simple access card becomes a drawn-out process designed to squeeze a few more dollars out of you. This company thrives on confusion, not customer care. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. Regus is the definition of corporate greed dressed up as "flexible workspace." Avoid at all costs.
