The iCampus at Granite is a blessing and this is where God caught my eyes, my ears and my heart. You might ask, what does it mean? Well Pastor Milas messages are powerful and he teaching right from the Bible. What does the bible say and what are you going to do about it. When they say Granite is a place where friends become family, it is true. I joined the Icampus serving team, got involved in a womens zoom small group and my husband and I also attend the Saturday Salem campus. Pastor Jeff and Tracy are awesome.. Also Pastor RIck and Laura from icampus are amazing, they too attend Salem Saturday. Granite has so many activities that give everyone an opportunity to attend and meeting awesome people. What helped me to get back to my christian faith was the SHINE women's conference. I went by myself and Granite made sure they connected me with other women.. Now I have gone twice to SHINE and looking forward to go again next year with my friends. If you are looking for a church to learn about God and call it home, give Granite United Church a try in person or virtually through icampus. The worship music is always Amazing. Hi! I am a 25 year old and have attended non denominational churches my entire life. I recently…read moreattended a service at your Granite United location in Haverhill. The major issue I had with the service is the one size fits all, typically mega church, move to have your "main pastor" video screen into the church service. No matter what size church, this type of model always feels out of touch and not personal... that being said, I think the campus pastor who spoke afterwards should be allowed to fully pastor this church, he is warm, friendly and clearly a stronger teacher than the main pastor. Although the main pastor may have a vision and gifting with people, he is cheesy and not much of a teacher, from me and my friends perspective who visited. My advice is let the campus pastors actually pastor and let go of the control! Also, it was way too dark and loud... and trust me I've attended many churches, retreats, conferences. Just a little brighter lights and volume a little down would be much more inviting for new and current attendees. Overall I'm sure the local community loves this church for the people and fellowship, but it's not for a structured or insightful message that's for sure. If you want young people to come to your church you are going to need to step it up. We want to learn in an authentic environment where everyone in the church is operating in their proper gifting. Get rid of the screen Big Brother pastor approach and let the individual churches grow. Won't be attending again, but good luck!

Hello. I would like to share a story recently. Quite frankly ai was shocked at the behavior of a…read moremale parishioner. We were at the clothes closet this past Saturday and a purse broke through the plastic bag. A large tote purse so that was put in the car. As we were getting some clothes this male parishioner went up to my husband and said this is your third bag. Now we donate lots of clothes to the church over the past ten years. Recycling is terrific. However I feel that is no parishioners place to say such words to people. They are not his belongings. Nor should he cover them in anyway. They are gifts by the parishioners and others. This could have been potentially humiliating to another individual. No one knows the circumstances people have. And is most ungodly to covet gifts given in charity by others. It just so happened we brought two bags of donations that day and I myself assisted in putting our numerous pairs of shoes. The male parishioner did apologize after he was taken up verbally on the matter. I would hope the church would address this behavior at Sunday worship to remind the workers not to verbally accuse others of unbefitting behavior. I had worked for a local homeless agency in the next town for over ten years and we would never approach a person if we thought they had to much. It wasn't our place. Even morally. We gave out what we had until it was gone. A good reminder is that these are gifts meant for people and to take what they need. It is not a state agency with criteria and restriction. Nor in anyway a place where prior lists for things are needed and paperwork filled out and approved. It a church of giving and the good Lord gives without any scoldings. For shame on this individual.

It's a large church but from the back very hard to see the priest or hear him. Beautiful church though. When it's time to accept the host, there is no order and people walk back the same way they came up to the alter. It was a mess. The first communion was nice, even after I couldn't hear a word from priest or see him. I'll bet most parishioners live in the neighborhood and just walk to the church. Big huge room downstairs with dated bathrooms.

I think it's wonderful how clever it is that it utilizes an office space when finding a church space is scarce. God bless the priestly Fraternity of the Society of Saint Pius X . They singlehandedly through their founder, Archbishop Lefebvre, saved the true Catholic priesthood and thus the true Holy Mass and the Sacraments in their proper form, matter and intent.

This review is for the Chapel bookstore…read more Our search for Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre's books led us to the St. Catherine of Siena SSPX Chapel, that also has a bookstore. Like all Chapel bookstores, the selection of books is small, but the store has an excellent selection of Catholic books. We found many books by Archbishop Lefebvre as well as many pre-Vatican II books by publishers such as TAN at prices comparable to those found online! A few treasures from this store are hard to find books such as: Fr. Francis Xavier Lasance (Blessed Sacrament prayerbook, The Young Man's guide, The Catholic Girl's guide), the highly-rated Catechism by R.P. Bailly (The Catechism In Pictures), as well as the the 3 volume set (hardcover) by Michael Davies (Cranmer's Godly order, Pope John's Council, Pope Paul's New Mass). Pastor Gary McClenthen is a warm, sincere pastor, who really cares about his congregation. His sermons really make you think about what it is to be a Christian. He preaches about how God is all love. Jesus Christ is our savior and intercessor. The devil is the accuser. God will forgive all of our sins if we repent and turn to Jesus Christ. Maplewood Baptist Church is a warm and welcoming church. The people are warm and caring. Sometimes, the church building may not feel that warm, because there are problems with the furnace. However, it is worth the small discomfort to come and be among friends, who really care about each other.

Father Patrick and everyone at St. André Bessette welcomed us with open arms. They did not judge us at all. Father Patrick helped us so much, and he helped us bring our marriage into the Church through the Sacrament of Matrimony. It was a beautiful and special day for us.
