I wanted to take my girls to some type of farm this year so we took a drive to check this one out. The cost to get in was a little more on the high side, was around $63 for myself and my 2 little girls. Once inside of course the kids are going to want food, our first stop was the food court. The prices and the food I got was at least not worth it. Chicken strips for one daughter was $12 or so, the other wanted 2 corn dogs and that was $10, I got a nacho that was also $12. None of the food was worth that cost, the nacho had strange flavors going on as well. I would suggest eating elsewhere before going in, I would have done better getting the giant pretzel. As for activities, there are a few different activities going on at all times on the farm. Keep in mind that this place gets ridiculously packed and some of the lines took a very long time to get through. Food lines took us about 45 minutes to finally sit with food, next time drive thru. To use the bathrooms was even a 30 minute line where they have a bunch of porto potties sitting, one tip if you go out near the big slides past the mazes then there are some out there with less people. Most of the activities are free but the wait was horrible. The only paid one we did was the potato blasters and those didnt work all that well, half the time we were in line it looked like they had to keep working and oiling a couple of the cannons. They also have different mazes, face painting, tiny petting zoo with mostly goats, a small kid size zipline, a couple different types of hay rides and a few other small things here and there. The place has a lot going on but at the same time they let way too many in at a time and the wait times and just the sheer amount of rude people. I get it, they want to make money and at $21 a person they are making it before all the other cost. In the end I found it to be a waste of money personally and the kids complained there wasnt enough time to do everything when we were there for hours. Pumpkins at the time of writing this were $0.49 a pound, I did not buy any since we had to park way out in the overflow lot and I was not going to carry them all that far and they charge to rent a wagon as well. read more

Such a great big festival in such a small-ish town. There were so many things to do. We did the tug of war and the corn maze. Unfortunately it rained so we did take shelter and had some of the very tasteful AppleCider and Donuts. read more

Parking was a nightmare. There were a ton of close parking spots but they made us park almost half mile away with a senior citizen

We took our children to experience this Fall festival and were in disbelief, no one wore masks. We are in a pandemic and even though it was outside, no one kept their distance. Signs were ignored and staff did not enforce their guidelines. I appreciate the hand washing stations and available hand sanitizer, but seeing folks jam packed, shoulder to shoulder eating at the picnic benches was concerning. Our son enjoyed for a bit wearing his mask and then we left ASAP. We look forward to normal times when we can be more carefree. read more

My husband and took the kiddos (2, 12 Years old) to check out the Middleton Farms Fall Festival and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The toddler was able to do most of the attractions (some with assistance from older brother). It's didn't break my husbands wallet- until we picked a huge pumpkin! It's a wide open space so even with as busy as it was it was never over crowded. $10 per person to get in, under 3 is free. You need to buy a ticket for the potato blaster $4. And the pony rides (not sure how much because we didn't do this). Pumpkins were 35 cents/lb. many varieties and sizes. We saw someone buying a 65 pound pumpkin! Hay bale pyramid, 2 corn mazes, jumping pillow, barrel train ride, pony rides, potato blaster, pumpkin blaster, tug o war, big slide- just some of the things I can remember. A pumpkins patch and hay ride. Also already picked pumpkins. A "sand" box filled with corn, and some farm animals to pet. We will be back!! read more

3-6" bark chips spread all over the grounds. Unenjoyable to push strollers around. $21 per person to get in. When you have that many families coming with strollers and wagons maybe turn up the settings on your wood chipper. Get ready to sweat in your autumnal flannel and haul your 10$ pumpkins 1/2 mile back to your car. read more

So much to do! Some activities were pay to play but most things came with entry! Kids had an amazing time!

The activities and atmosphere are great! However, there were inconsistencies with the Punch Cards and some sub-par food. At the popcorn stand, we were told that the punch card was only good for the Kettle Corn and not the caramel corn. Ok, so we bought the only size bag of caramel corn they had, and it was HUGE for like $9. None of the 4 of us liked it. It BARELY had any caramel in it and it was on the verge of being stale. It went in the trash. Used the punch card to get a pizza, no problem. Was told we couldn't use the punch card for nachos. Ok, paid like $9 for nachos for 4 year old who only wanted cheese and no meat or any of the other stuff on it. Approached the stand that sold corn dogs. The big menu stated "served with fries". Paid with punch card, but was told you don't get fries when using the punch card....Ok, used more punches for fries. After sitting down and meeting up with the rest of my party, my friend said she was able to use her punch card for nachos but was told she couldn't use it for the pizza. Exactly the opposite of what I was told. However, she insisted they ask someone about that and then she was able to use her punch card for the pizza. The corn dog batter seemed slightly undercooked on the inside against the hot dog (or maybe it had just been sitting there for a while and got soggy), but it was unpleasant and wasn't finished. The strawberry lemonade was not very good. The pumpkin donuts weren't very good either. The pizza was good, the fries were ok, and the apple cider donuts were good as well. Overall, we had a good time and would return, but with the inconsistencies with the punch card, not sure we would do that again. read more

The pumpkin patch and activities were good. The food was pretty expensive, which can be tough for large families like mine, but isn't unusual for events like this one. My biggest complaint is that the music they play is SO LOUD. My family and I had to yell to hear each other. It was a lot to handle, especially for my younger kids. I also worry about if somebody somewhere in the festival area needed help. You would never hear anybody calling for help over that extremely loud music. read more

WAHOO!! We look forward to the Fall Festival every year! The corn maze, potato cannons, and hay pyramid are a great way to spend a (typically) beautiful fall afternoon. Our Overcomers Tri-Cites @overcomersTC went to Middletone's Farm for a night of fun and a bonfire. It was a great time. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The hayride was lots of fun for the group. We tied to do the corn maze in a couple of groups at night. We still got split up but had a GREAT time. The adults (I.e. big kids) will enjoy the potato shooter. A great time will be had by all! read more

lovely farm but employees don't seem so lovely. One employee in particular, purple hair she seemed to have, was honestly downright disrespectful to other employees and customers. completely brushed off any questions I had about their potato blasters and when I was finally able to get a hold of her attention she answered with extreme attitude. I'm not sure if she's a part of head management because that's the way she was acting. If that's the way head management works I will not be going back this year or the years after that. not to mention they don't enforce social distancing and the extreme lack of diversity in their staff makes for an uncomfortable environment. We discovered this treasure of a pumpkin patch this year and are so happy we did. The events are fun for all ages. The food is outstanding. The pumpkin patch is large and very easy to move around in. My husband and I took our daughter, son-in-law, and our 6 year old grandson to the fall festival on Saturday, October 9th and it was a zoo, we were directed to park in a field really far from the activities, we had to stand in 2 lines to get in even though we had purchased tickets online. The lines for any activity were long so a lot of waiting for a 6 year old, did the potato blast purchased a large bucket and ended up with maybe 20 really small potato's so they didn't really launch that well. I can't recall one person working there that smiled. Lunch, stone cold cheese burger (the fries were good), couldn't get 6 doughnuts with punch card only a dozen, really, why? When leaving and trying to pick up our several large pumpkins that we weren't going to carry the long way back to the car we were treated rude by parking attendants, one told us to bad, you can walk, one yelled at us to get moving. The concept is great I just think it got a lot to big and you didn't have enough people to work it or you need to limit the number of people in. I will be looking for a smaller, family friendly festival from here on out. Very expensive, very stressful. read more
