I don't typically write/post reviews, but am doing so now so anyone looking for storage in the Danvers area can know there should be no other place to look, other than this Public Storage location! We had our belongings moved across the country on an 18-wheeler truck, from Los Angeles, CA to Danvers, MA. The truck arrived just last week. Eric was instrumental in making sure all went smoothly, from the beginning to end: * helping us in reserving, and securing/paying for the 3 storage units we needed * filing out the hole for the lock on the door to one of the units we are renting because the lock wasn't fitting right * temporarily (approx. just an hour) accommodating the entry for the Public Storage tenants via the "Exit" gate on the property because the size of the moving truck that brought our belongings was so big it obstructed the "Entry" gate * offering ice cold water bottles to me and the driver and movers (as it was an extremely warm and humid morning) Eric's professionalism, and his kind, welcoming and courteous demeanor, along with his personal touch of service with a smile, made all the difference from this storage facility vs. any others I've experienced. And I've certainly experienced other storage facilities, as over the years in Southern CA I've previously used: Farmer's Market Storage (at The Grove in LA) Clutter.com, and StorQuest (in Long Beach, CA) - all nice facilities, but could never rival the customer service I experienced with Eric.
