I don't recommend this place! They will scam you. I order the Garnet Grandeur and $127 for just the Garnet alone. She told me it was a big bouquet of roses when I called, but when I received them it was such a small bouquet. It was so expensive for the size. Where to begin....I have ordered from 1.800 flowers several times, and what I order never seems to be what is delivered to my loved ones. That said, I decided for Mothers Day, I am not going to make that mistake again. I called and spoke to Julie at Middletown Florist, to help me with a bouquet for my mom. Even though she didn't have exactly what I was looking for, she went the extra mile to let me know what they did have, and the kind of special bouquet she could put together. She really took the time to make sure I was happy and satisfied. To top it off, because I live in TX, she even sent me a picture of the bouquet before delivering it to ensure it was to my liking. She was so professional and kind and really went the extra mile and I will most definitely using them again. My MOM called me raving about her bouquet!!! She looooooved it! My mother in-law ordered a beautiful centerpiece for our rehearsal dinner. Since she is from Fresno she was pleased to find that Middletown florist offered excellent customer service and even delivered to the restaurant in Calistoga. An all white flower arrangement, in October can be a tall task but they nailed it! We loved it so much we used it for the bar at our wedding! My husband got me flowers on Valentine's Day and had them delivered to my work. The arrangement was very beautiful with a bow along with a few gifts and handmade chocolates. I've got to say this was the best chocolate I have ever had. They were gone in less than 24 hours. And I went back today for another box for myself. The flowers were arranged beautifully and have lasted throughout the weekend. Today is day five and I still am enjoying my beautiful flowers. The arrangement was made up of a dozen roses, 6 tulips along with another orange flower, I don't know the name of. The quality of the flowers really show after five days. I must first say AMAZING!!!!! (Wedding June 2013) Now let me give some explanation to my 5 stars! Having had worked at a florist for many years while putting myself through college I had plenty of opportunity to envision what my perfect flowers would be like for my special day. The company that I worked for retired just a few short years before I could tie the knot so I was afraid I was going to have a difficult time finding a florist that was going to meet all of my expectations. This was not the case at all. My fiancé and I at the time went to a bridal expo just for fun about a year before our wedding date. When we walked into the venue I walked by these amazing bouquets. I stopped to glance at them, they were exactly the style I had in mind. The owner and her daughter asked me a couple questions and I believe I took a card at that time. I walked away to explore the other vendors feeling no pressure. A while later my Fiancé' and I were dancing to a musical vendor when the owner approached us and handed us a gorgeous bouquet to take home. I was shocked and thrilled knowing how much goes into making these bouquets. She said that we looked like such a happy couple :) Months later I was nose deep in planning my wedding and when it came to choosing a florist, even though Middletown Florist was not local, I never second guessed who I wanted doing my flowers. Besides giving them my color scheme and a few flower suggestions I trusted then 100% with their design and decision making. The flowers were one of the most IMPORTANT details for me for our wedding! This is a great local business and the owner, Tina Chiotti-Stewart has created an atmosphere within her store that is fun and begs "poking around". The gifts are unique, priced just right and interesting to look at while you wait for a personal flower arrangement to be made or just while picking one up that was ordered. I can't say enough about Tina and Middletown florist! I was referred by Michael at the Calistoga Inn Restaurant and Brewery for table arrangements for my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner and she was amazing. She came up with amazing ideas and ultimately beautiful, aromatic floral arrangements for a very reasonable price. She also delivered a spectacular arrangement for the honeymoon suite to Napa. I highly recommend this florist. She obviously loves her job and is very good at it. 8 days later and after a 13 hr trip in a car, one of the arrangements still looked beautiful and smelled as good as it did originally. read more

Talk about Service, Tina is amazing and went the extra mile..... the extra 10 miles... to help me put together a wonderful floral arrangement for my Moms 80th Birthday....I was feeling kind of sad that I could not make it up to see my mom on this special day and Tina really came through for me, I had already missed the last delivery time to the area where my mom lived and she offered to close the shop and deliver it herself, I was so relived and happy that she offered to do that, but she didn't stop there... Middletown Florists and Gifts saved my terrible attempt to send my mom flowers from a bad flower shop. Tina showed me a bunch of arrangements that were all beautiful and was willing to make anything. I came running in around 2pm thinking there would be no arrangements but Tina had it all!
