I had experience with this tax office 27 years already. Last couple of years to until now l got feel very bad and disappointed. When l pick my tax return up, they told me ,if l have question ask now, don't ask by phone again and again. I did not ask anythings at all. I sent all information by email, they don't look at all. I will think twice to go back to next year tax time. read more

i have went to this place for over 25 years and last year called in to ask for the lady who did my taxes i need to talk to her and the lady that answered the phone said she was not in and i asked to leave a message and she said i can help you , i said no thank you just have her call me and she started don't yell at me and i was not she started yelling at me and said i would get a letter and they would no longer do my taxes. this place has turned into a joke since is was sold. i would not go here they only have rude people that work there. i guess given them money for years and my business don't matter. very sad. i hope this place has days like they deserve and that is not a good one. read more
