There are seating areas in the main lobby. The atmosphere is quite calm and peaceful. Bathrooms were easy to locate and very clean. The elevators operate quickly....its only a few floors, but I have been in elevators that took forever to operate with only 2 floors. I was immediately greeted by two genuinely friendly faces the moment I crossed the threshold to the business. I no sooner mentioned what my business there was, and they said my name (excellent pronunciation too) and escorted me to the conference room reserved for our business. The amenities are above excellent and everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly!

They are so helpful throughout the buying process, they came to our closing to ensure it went without a hitch, and best of all - they don't sell the mortgages. If you are a first time home owner, you may not realize how rare and amazing that is. They have a nice website for looking at the mortgage details and setting up auto-payments - so even though they are local, you get the perks you would get from a larger company. I don't intend to move for a while, but I'd buy with them again in a heartbeat. They did give us a gift and request the review, but these are my true feelings.
