Staff was arguing with customers while we were there leaving a bad feeling in us not wanting to support them. Took the cards of the makers we loved in order to support them from the source, and to not support that store.

We got part way down the front row and boom right on top of us. I was so disgusted I left without even buying a thing and I will never return. Was it because we are first nations. Since I'm a proud baby-daddy, there have been a number of things that I have needed to get to help with raising and keeping my little guy safe. I've found that this Babies R Us store has an amazing selection of items such as car seats, baby gates, toilet/door locks, etc. I've also been able to price-match their items with items on a website, which I found to be quite convenient, as I was able to get them right away instead of having to wait for them to come in by mail. The reason why I dropped a star is because in general, their prices are higher, and some products (such as for instance the toilet lock) aren't necessarily the most user-friendly. The toilet lock that I ended up getting from there did not work for my wife due to the way it worked (I followed the instructions when installing it to the t), so we ended up switching to a different brand one not available at this store, and we've never had any issues with it. All-in-all, I would likely return to this store, after doing research on the products I'm looking for in order to avoid the situation I had with the toilet lock, which in general is probably good practice regardless of where you shop.

Arrived at 8:25pm today and both the main entrance and babies entrance was closed. I literally had to pry open the door to get inside. Once inside, like clockwork there was some lady who'd come over the intercom every 5 minutes to remind shoppers that the store was closing at 9pm. It was very evident that the staff wanted to go home ASAP.
