I'm going to be the one to give the honest review. I wouldn't suggest this clinic to a soul. Any time I've called to schedule or help I've been greeted with rudeness. Our cat was declining in health. We were able to meet e vet snd drop off for care. When we picked up the cat the vet was not present. We had yo request someone to go over the chart with us. This was in no November. I called yesterday for help. Again very snarky. I was actually referred to go see a vet at a animal hospital to assist in s passing. No referral names were given. We found a new vet. Well its with a sad heart I m writing this. Today I tried to get a kitten in to see a vet who had been bitten by a tick. I spoke with Tara who took all the information about the kitten and said she would have to check to see if any one could see her. She would call me back. As afternoon approached and No Phone Call I decided to call back. The person answering the phone informed me Tara was out to lunch but she would let her know that I had called. Well needless to say I never received a phone call. Even to say "Sorry we cant see the kitten". Now I ask you, is this any way to run a business let alone a veterinary clinic. This certainly made me think about whether I want my rescue and my personal pets to continue going there. read more

I can't say enough about the Midland Animal Clinic. I have a dog with some health issues and a cat with some health issues and they visit the clinic sometimes a lot. But I have all the faith in the world that when I call to make an appointment from that instance on my animals are being taken care like family. Everyone is great and I mean everyone. I've been bringing my pets to Midland Animal Clinic for years, and I wouldn't trust their care with any other veterinary clinic.

I recently moved to Midland MI and needed to find a veterinarian for my golden/german shepherd mix. I found a few good reviews for Midland Animal Clinic so I gave it a shot and I am so glad that I did! Dr. Mikols is so sweet and knowledgeable my dog absolutely loves her. The staff is very polite and courteous and the hours are flexible for any work schedule! Prices are reasonable as well. Been following up with care of our 14 1/2 year old Cairn Terrier since changing veterinairians in March 2020. Dr. Seibert was concerned in his teeth and need for oral surgery. June 15, 2020 Dr. Manley cleaned Goofy's teeth and removed quite a number of his teeth do to the condition. Took him a couple of days to come back to his level of his daily function but when he did his whole life has turned around. His appetite has become unreal, his level of activities I haven't seen in 4 or more years. He picks and chooses what he wants to eat, he wants to go for daily walks at the State Park. He has made it to about a half mile then like to ride in his stroller while his little brother usually walks 1 1/2 - 2 miles. Anyone who thinks that your furbabies oral care is under rated needs to rethink it. Understand it isn't cheap but I couldn't put a price on their lives. We have the paws plans on both of our little guys which carries most of the care that they need. I can't say enough good of the clinic and the doctors there. Both our little guys don't mind going and getting all the attention they get there, they're treated like they're the only patients they get. read more
