Mary had good designs, however there was lack of timely follow up. Mary was out a lot for sickness…read moreand there was no one on her behalf who returned calls or followed up. Invoices were very disorderly and unprofessional. When asked for complete record Mary insisted that everything was already provided, and it took her 6 months to come up with handwritten calculations where the copy she provided me did not match hers. I had requested an excel, but I was provided several excuses as to why that was not possible. Mary does not respond positively to constructive criticism and points the errors back at you. I did not shop around much, but I guess for the same price there might be interior designers with better service.
