He used all CAPS to YELL at her through email about his errors. I must emphasize errors as plural. He even went as far as to say it was our fault that he did the taxes at the end of his day when he was too tired to complete them correctly. Let me make it clear no one forced him to take our money and to do a poor job at the end of the long day. That was his choice. At this point he has entered so much information incorrectly that I cannot even login to the IRS website to try to retrieve my refund or fix the information he input. The real problem here isn't so much the multitude of errors and the lack of any refund including my stimulus check because he so badly input my information, but the rudeness and unprofessionalism which he displayed while we nicely tried to contact him for advice on how to rectify the situation. My SECOND property was insured through CCIC (Cape Coral Insurance Center). I tried to make contact with CCIC on numerous occasions so as to secure a new policy on my FIRST property. After leaving numerous messages, and receiving no response, I went elsewhere. Now the insurance company, under CCIC, for my second house is going insolvent. On Monday, March 20, 2023, I received a call from DAMON of CCIC. He wanted to set up another policy. I explained my discontent with CCIC, but DAMON assured me that he could fulfill my needs in a timely manner. In the mean-time, I continued a self search for coverage. I had two in my queue, but I was awaiting DAMON'S call or email with a quote. I received no correspondence from Damon so, at about 10:30am., Wednesday, March 22, 2023, I accepted another offer. Damon called about 1:45pm., at which time I informed him of MY choice. Damon's response, "Don't waste my time again". At 2:15pm., I received a Quote and an email from Damon stating that I had a, "Shitty way of doing business". A real CLASS GUY, don't you think? And, he works for CCIC, inc.
