We spoke multiple times with cleaners making sure they knew exactly what needed to be cleaned in our empty house. We let them know that the house needed to be cleaned before the photographer came for the realtor. They assured us it would be done in ample time. Easy enough, right? WRONG. The morning of, they called and asked if they could cancel. Then they said they wouldn't be finished in time. I offered to pay the extra charge to ensure the house would be clean before the photographer arrived. After a couple of hours they called and said they indeed finished in time and I would not be charged the extra fee. We arrived to the house a couple of days later to make sure everything looked okay, and it did NOT. They cleaned half of the house and did not touch the rest. I called them livid and confused as they told me the house was clean when they left. The photographer took pictures of a dirty house. Absolutely unacceptable. I demanded a partial refund or someone to come out and make it right for free. They refused a refund and made me pay for the revisit. It is baffling to me that a professional cleaning company could leave a house dirty not once but TWO times. My husband and I would have been MUCH better off had we cleaned the house ourselves. Alesha assured me they had a "Touch Everything Policy".  That was a complete untruth!  I arrived at my home expecting a clean house, I was incredibly disappointed.  How on earth can you screw up cleaning a completely empty house....TWICE? I say twice because I contacted the company with photos   to inform them of the exceptionally poor cleaning. Alesha was very responsive in that she sent another cleaner out in less than 24 hours. Well...the 2nd cleaner missed almost everything the 1st cleaner missed, and what she retouched was also poorly done.  I called Alesha, sent additional photos and requested a partial refund. She gave a song and dance about how that may not be possible because "That's not something we usually do." "The cleaner is still in the area, please allow her to come back to make it right." REALLY, that's what she was supposed to be doing with the 2nd clean. I was so frustrated  and didn't allow the "cleaner" back into my home.  A person blindfolded with one arm tied behind their back could have done a better job than any of the cleaners the company sent.  I don't usually give out my email address but seeing is truly believing. My son was on a 4th floor apartment the furthest you could be from any door with a move to another apartment complex. I closed my apple watch steps and workout ring more than TWICE today if that gives you any idea... Jordan, Pierce and Kyle have to be the hardest working AND the darn nicest movers in the entire universe. Not one thing was broken, not one wall or piece of furniture was scratched. And they were so kind and cheerful- like how in the tarnation could anyone be so polite and happy while lifting heavy yhings in sweltering Columbia heat all freaking day?? And yet- they absolutely were. We ended up hiring these guys after our original move in date was botched and it was honestly a blessing in disguise. If you need anything moved- call them. We spent the evening cleaning and unpacking and I wished I could have kept those boys with us. They are THAT good! They lost all the pieces to my 3 dresser mirrors, they had them mixed up with the wrong dressers and time was ticking. They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!

My first interaction with her was professional. She asked me the size of the home and what exactly I needed done. I explained EVERYTHING to her and she gave me a quote in the Yelp messages. I was very impressed by her attention to all detail. She even let me know that 'baby that is a big house. I will do my best for you and we will come to an agreement about the rate for your next clean after the first one.' Can't be more fair than that! So she arrives as promised promptly at 8am! She is ringing the doorbell and letting me know that she has all she needs in her supplies and no she does not need anything to drink. She has a job to do! We do a walk thorough walk through and she questions me again about what I would like done. She also makes suggestions about how to keep everything smelling good and nice and neat. My girl for sure. I leave her to what she needs to do and go to my office to work. Four hours later Miss Janice comes to my office to let me know she is done and we need to walk through. As we do she explains what she did and insures that it is too my satisfaction. Yes ma'am all the way!! Miss Janice not only cleaned my house, she made it smell and feel like a home. She wiped down everything and had my kitchen up to par with chef status. Miss Janice is my permanent service. She comes one per week and she does a fantastic job by deep cleaning every time she comes. She also got the house tip top ready for showing and move out and I cannot be more excited that I can now recommend her to my Yelp community and to the world of women and men that require a meticulous home. I called and asked for the door to be repaired, replaced or compensate me for the damage. I was told the contract I signed held them harmless for any damages to my home caused by them. However, they said we will still pay you $100 for the damage. It cost 10x that to replace the door. Horrific experience!
