We spoke multiple times with cleaners making sure they knew exactly what needed to be cleaned in our empty house. We let them know that the house needed to be cleaned before the photographer came for the realtor. They assured us it would be done in ample time. Easy enough, right? WRONG. The morning of, they called and asked if they could cancel. Then they said they wouldn't be finished in time. I offered to pay the extra charge to ensure the house would be clean before the photographer arrived. After a couple of hours they called and said they indeed finished in time and I would not be charged the extra fee. We arrived to the house a couple of days later to make sure everything looked okay, and it did NOT. They cleaned half of the house and did not touch the rest. I called them livid and confused as they told me the house was clean when they left. The photographer took pictures of a dirty house. Absolutely unacceptable. I demanded a partial refund or someone to come out and make it right for free. They refused a refund and made me pay for the revisit. It is baffling to me that a professional cleaning company could leave a house dirty not once but TWO times. My husband and I would have been MUCH better off had we cleaned the house ourselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND wasting your money on a less then subpar cleaning job.

I explained the house had been vacant for 4 years and it gathered quite a bit of dust. Alesha assured me they had a "Touch Everything Policy".  That was a complete untruth!  I arrived at my home expecting a clean house, I was incredibly disappointed.  How on earth can you screw up cleaning a completely empty house....TWICE? I say twice because I contacted the company with photos   to inform them of the exceptionally poor cleaning. Alesha was very responsive in that she sent another cleaner out in less than 24 hours. Well...the 2nd cleaner missed almost everything the 1st cleaner missed, and what she retouched was also poorly done.  I called Alesha, sent additional photos and requested a partial refund. She gave a song and dance about how that may not be possible because "That's not something we usually do." "The cleaner is still in the area, please allow her to come back to make it right." REALLY, that's what she was supposed to be doing with the 2nd clean. I was so frustrated  and didn't allow the "cleaner" back into my home.  A person blindfolded with one arm tied behind their back could have done a better job than any of the cleaners the company sent.  I don't usually give out my email address but seeing is truly believing. My son was on a 4th floor apartment the furthest you could be from any door with a move to another apartment complex. I closed my apple watch steps and workout ring more than TWICE today if that gives you any idea... Jordan, Pierce and Kyle have to be the hardest working AND the darn nicest movers in the entire universe. Not one thing was broken, not one wall or piece of furniture was scratched. And they were so kind and cheerful- like how in the tarnation could anyone be so polite and happy while lifting heavy yhings in sweltering Columbia heat all freaking day?? And yet- they absolutely were. We ended up hiring these guys after our original move in date was botched and it was honestly a blessing in disguise. If you need anything moved- call them. We spent the evening cleaning and unpacking and I wished I could have kept those boys with us. They are THAT good! I owe the friend who recommended them a drink, or maybe a kidney or something if they ever need one because that was hands down the best recommendation I have ever been given! #bestmoversever #gamecockmovers #junioryearloading

They lost all the pieces to my 3 dresser mirrors, they had them mixed up with the wrong dressers and time was ticking. They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!

The thorough move out clean was what was expected, I should have stayed and set expectations a lot higher but I had so much to do with the move . I don't think she spent the quality time needed to make the apartment move out clean. I had to go buy some cleaning supplies and spend 2 more hours at the apartment
