They collect taxes on nontaxable labor that is apparently kept by owners. I was charged tax on everything listed on the bill even for damage that did not exist. The owner threatened to have me arrested when I asked to see the nonexistent damage. I was charged a fee for using a credit card and that was taxed. The department of revenue told me that MK Equipment will be audited for failing to pay taxes they charge. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MK EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGAIN.

I called to close out the account and was told on the phone they would charge me 1/2 month as i was only 10 days late. When i got to the storage place Denver was rude and short with me. He charged me the full months amount and a late fee. Denver is a liar and a thief in my opinion do not recommend them based on the rude staff and dirty units.

My van is 10years old, and Jim, Bonnie and Angel matched the running board color, added some accents, and it makes my van look new again! Bonnie worked seamlessly, with my progressive insurance agent, to fix some minor bumps and dents...I couldn't be happier!!! Bonnie was unbelievably kind and generous, understanding my situation, and Pam is adorable with the same qualities. Angel needs special mention for all the time, and caring he put in, on my van.. thank you Angel. All Jim's employees, (names I can't remember) are wonderful. Jim and Bonnie were so accommodating knowing that I am a van dweller (at this time) and making it accessible for me to camp out on his (secure) property and plug into electric and water.
