They purchase in bulk and definitely receive discounts, so there's no reason to charge full price. For example, while the press'd product is only $40 from the manufacturer, they mark it up to $45 here. When I brought this up, the employee called the owner, someone I've previously met at his other store who was very friendly and even offered me free products. However, instead of addressing me directly, she referred to me as "this lady." After being a loyal customer for months, that felt disrespectful. The owner claimed he couldn't sell it for $40, so I ended up with the 7ohmz 29mg product, which turned out to be a fake. It doesn't have a QR code, and the texture is sticky and unpleasant, almost like gum. To add insult to injury, I'll be going back tomorrow to resolve this, Today was my birthday, thanks a lot. You'd think I'd get some recognition or a simple "Happy Birthday" to show that they value their customers. I'm truly frustrated that I just consumed half a tab of a subpar product.and do t know who I I won't be spending my money here anymore--clearly, they don't care about their clientele.
