This is one of the dopest vape shops I've been at. Small intimate atmosphere with nice music to sit back and relax to while vaping your favorite juice. The owner and workers make it their duty to be friendly and know your name so everytime you walk in feels like an episode of "Cheers" lol. The have a wide variety of house and premium juices to choose from. I especially like their juice bar which is set up like a alcohol bar lol. These are the special reserved juices which you can mix and match also. Service is always with a smile, playful banter and quick. It doesn't feel like your buying but meeting up with friends. I have been shopping for my vape supplies at this store for about five years now. I called today to ask the availability of the same mod I have been using for a couple years. I had two questions about the mod, one question was answered before I was told, "I'm busy and have a customer outside with a baby outside of the store. I was completely cut off as this owner hung up on me. Had I been a new customer, I would have never been hung up on. To not have the decency to say, look I am busy with customers, do you mind holding. I would have said yes. But to hang up on me you show everyone reading this how much you appreciate the customers you have had for years. I understand completely why your son is a mess, the apple didn't fall far. The people who I had going to your store for supplies will now be going elsewhere as you are overpriced anyway and regardless.. nobody wants your generic ejuice. Best customer service I've ever had at any vape shop I've ever been to hands down. Huge selection of juice, tanks, batteries, tips, you name it. I got a crown tank and the strawberry mango freeze juice which I'm absolutely in love with I've literally never been able to find a juice that I fell in love with besides this one! The owner/operator of this establishment, Michael Latini, is not only friendly but takes his time explaining the products he sells. I, personally, do not vape (or smoke) but I have watched him take his time to explain the different parts of the e-cig to my daughter. Showed her how it all goes together. He very calmly answered her questions. And she had quite a few. He even offered to help her in the future if she had more questions. His shop is very welcoming and comfortable. Comfortable furniture if one chooses to sit awhile and vape. There were no long lines in which to wait. Customers seemed very happy with the service. A lot of the customers Michael knows by name.
