At the spring RV show in Milwaukee, we had a positive, no pressure visit while checking out what they had taken to the show. A few weeks ago, we stopped at the Fondy location, met Dean and got a tour of several units. We are pretty well versed in options etc. having spent so many years looking but Dean was super knowledgeable. And when we were done, he simply thanked us for our time and assured us if we had any question all we need do was reach out. Early the next week I went back to look more closely at a particular camper, Dean had it powered up so that I could check out all the operating systems. Again, his knowledge was on display as he showed me around and answered my questions. Being a used unit, I found some blemishes and he assured me if we were to purchase it, it would all be taken care of. Again, no pressure, no "Let's write you up", he just said "Call me if you have any more questions or you want to proceed". The next day I reached out to Dean, started the process for financing. I provided he and Justin with how much we would be putting down, what we thought an acceptable interest rate would be and the term we were after. He asked about max payment, we told them and then later in the day I got a call, all set, and not only did they not ask for an extra penny down, the exceeded our interest rate expectation AND kept our payment way below what we stated as our max. True to his word, all the concerns and blemishes I had pointed out in the camper had been completely corrected, Tony who gave us our walk through at delivery was patient and knowledgeable. Justin made the paperwork quick, easy to understand and seamless, and we were on our way. This place is truly run as a family business, you are not a customer or a sale, you are a welcome friend. Never have we been treated with such care by such accommodating and patient people while making a major purchase. If you are in the market for an RV of any kind or just exploring the possibility of entering the RV life, start here! We called them and they said our info was lost. Called Shieks in Fond du Lac. The rep said to bring it in and they'd look at it. We did just that. They called us the next week with a fair estimate and we received our camper back in a month looking like brand new! Excellent customer service! Excellent work! The shop is an unorganized mess. Parts everywhere, customer invoices spread all over the counter. Have they heard of privacy laws? I think there are maybe 2 employees doing the body work and they have 10 cars to be finished in the parking lot. Go to Holiday or Jeeps in the Fond du Lac area, avoid this place.

His estimate was as close to the actual price as he could get it by including things that couldn't be seen but likely needed to be fixed. Whoever was out front always was able to answer my questions about why something needed to be fixed and even were able to help me with what to do for insurance. They took care as much as they could for me. I felt so lucky and less stressed. When it was done (within a week and a half since the crash), it ran great (and still does) and they even figured out that whoever fixed my car before I got it hooked up my A/C backwards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They help as much as they can, are friendly, and quick.

My 17 ram 3500 actuator threw a fault code. I took it to bergstrom ram oshkosh because they should…read moreknow their product. The service advisor showed my how far down in the engine bay the actuator is and how many parts had to be removed to access it. I had a service agreement so the service advisor was going to interface with them to save me a lot of money. They replaced my actuator at a total cost of $4000 but my part was only $1000 because of all his hard work on the phone. I decided to try to bulletproof my 6.7 if one little part cost 4 grand. I replaced the turbo and my 4 thousand dollar actuator. My third/newer actuator was ordered with the 64mm turbo. My new mechanic removed the passenger side wheel liner, removed four screws. Installed the $700 new actuator in 20 minutes. My cost for the actuator was $700 and I suppose that bergstroms price would have been much less than that. My point is that markup on labor and parts at bergstrom is beyond what any reputable dealer would charge. Beware of the sharks swimming around in that dealership because 400% markups are not ethical in any industry. I wouldn't do business at this oshkosh ram dealer on a dare. Take your truck to any other shop in the area until they flush the rats out of this dealership. They certainly cant fix the dealership with bergstrom personel. If you look at all the yelp ratings for every bergstrom dealership you see why using yelp is a HUGE MONEY SAVER as it exposes the crooks in the automotive business.

I think he was more excited about the order package than i was. At delivery i noticed what i thought was a dent on the rear ds of the cab. Well there was another on the passenger side too so we thought nothing of it. four months later I noticed a discoloration on the ds spot and noticed the paint was cracked. Called back to the store we both figured it was due to shipping. They covered the repairs and had it back to me in a short amount of time.
