We want to thank Cheryl, Paul, Chris and entire staff at Ideal Glass for bending over backwards to get us in to have our large over-the-cab windshield replaced in our motorhome, while on a 6wk road trip. They allowed us to spend the night in the RV, in their parking lot and had us back on the road the next morning. The entire process went off without a hitch. I had some storm windows replaced. Todd was Great and the price was much less than I expected. I was so happy I had them look at my storm door and they fixed it for only $12. quick work at a fair price. read more

Had a ding that was all the way through the glass so I had to get it replaced. They did not prime the whole way around and so my window leaked. Took it in three different times with it leaking and they said it was not due to the windshield. They treated me like I was clueless. Finally had to have the windshield repaired with my own money and they could see where Ideal Glass did not prime and it was leaking through a hole. Will NEVER go back. read more

The shop is an unorganized mess. Parts everywhere, customer invoices spread all over the counter. Have they heard of privacy laws? His estimate was as close to the actual price as he could get it by including things that couldn't be seen but likely needed to be fixed. Whoever was out front always was able to answer my questions about why something needed to be fixed and even were able to help me with what to do for insurance. They took care as much as they could for me. I felt so lucky and less stressed. When it was done (within a week and a half since the crash), it ran great (and still does) and they even figured out that whoever fixed my car before I got it hooked up my A/C backwards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They help as much as they can, are friendly, and quick.
