I love antiques, collectibles, and unique items and have collected them for years. I also love Midtown Mercantile Merchants .. for a lot of reasons: The two floors (an elevator, too) are filled with a vast array of merchandise, beautifully displayed, the store is immaculate, the staff is nothing short of wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and just nice. The pricing varies, of course, within each vendor's booth, some more or less than others because each vendor has his/her own interesting collection displayed. I have spent time talking with the vendors and now know some by name. They are happy to meet us too. Forgot to mention .. woman owned. Going on too long here.. it's first on my list of places to go, it's cool inside, there is good parking, and if you have forgotten to do your grocery shopping, Whole Foods is near by. Ok but seriously... what took me so long to get here? This place is a whole vibe. Midtown Mercantile is basically a choose your own adventure of cool, where each vendor has their own little world and somehow every turn feels like a brand new shop. You've got everything from handmade gems to vintage treasures, plus fashion and furniture that'll have you mentally redecorating your entire life. It's super clean, easy to wander, and dangerously good for "just browsing" that turns into "why am I holding five things." I couldn't even pick a favorite because there's just that many good finds. We were driving past this place and I just knew I had to go in! It was just as crazy and eclectic as I had envisioned and then some. It was soo much fun walking around and seeing all the thrift and vintage items they had. I would come here all the time if I lived close to really spend time looking around at all they have to offer because this place is huge. They even have a downstairs with more items! I didn't even notice the downstairs, but my guy did. I'm soo glad I checked it out because I found a beautiful vintage metal art piece that was perfect in my guest room! I have been looking for a main art piece to hang up for months and couldn't believe my luck! read more

CAO: 11 Nov 2025 - So, with the relocation, I must say, this place is even better! The internal building is wonderfully updated, Industrial in appearance and super clean. Don't forget the downstairs, all handicap accessible! I truly love the new, much more open space that they've built here. There is also an oddity 'booth' that has some of the weirdest 'creations', I honestly have ever seen. I love this antique store! They used to be more east and it was more cramped and parking was worse, now it's so much better. It's more spread out and cleaner, and the vibes are fantastic. The prices are about average for an antique store. They have great selection but I wish there was more stuff and less furniture just as a personal preference. The people are super sweet and are exactly the kind of people I would want to be friends with. There is a ton of parking in front and in the back. The doors are automatic and there's an elevator and accessible bathroom so the whole building is very accessible. The really designed their new location around being inclusive to everybody and I love seeing that in Arizona. I go here every time I visit Tucson and always look forward to my next trip. Definitely give them some love and check the store out! read more

OMG this antique store has LOTS of stuff to look @ & buy so give yourself plenty of time when coming here. This was my 2nd time shopping her while in town visiting my friend. My most recent, 2nd trip here was @ their new location. I do have to say I liked the 1st location better. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Bring your own bag as they do not supply them for your purchases. They do have lockers if you come in with too big of a bag or backpack that they will have you put your stuff in, my guess is so you can't steal stuff. There is two levels in here, you can take the stairs or elevator to the bottom level. If you need to use the bathroom the staff will have to unlock the door to let you in. Ladies bathroom was nice & clean. They do sell candy & some bakery goods/snacks @ the cashier counter. It is overpriced in my opinion. There is a cute stand next to the cashier counter that has super cute stickers, magnets, earrings, notebooks, kitchen towels, hair clips, etc. that is my FAVORITE. My friend, her sister & I came on a Monday & I happened to mention I was a nurse to the young girl who was unlocking the bathroom for me & she told me that they give a discount for nurses on that day........I believe it was 10% but you have to show your work badge. While checking out I learned that they also give military & students a 10% discount too. Each area is set up differently as the sellers of the stuff set up their own section so its cool to see all the different stuff, such a variety of things in here. I wasn't looking for anything special on this trip. The last time I came I was on the hunt for Pyrex which I came across a lot then but not so much this trip. The top is the main floor and the bottom are more clothing and lawn decoration type booths save for the gaming one and a book nook. Midtown Mercantile Merchants is my favorite shop for antiques, vintage items, and the inclusion of some area artists' works in Tucson. The displays are artful in presentation; it is enjoyable to wander through the sellers' booths. Many of the staff members are gracious, friendly, and helpful. Some can be disrespectful and dismissive. The variety of treasures is exceptional. Also, the central location is another advantage. read more

Midtown Mercantile Market is a gem! Tucked in the Midtown area by the Whole Foods and Miramonte, is this darling antique shop with multiple floors. The space is huge! You can spend hours here! The antiques are displayed in cute, curated sections with distinct themes. There's a ton of variety! Everything is in great condition from stationary, to clothing, to household items, to art, and unique finds! I haven't seen this selection is other vintage stores. There's Western themed decor which reflect our Southwest flair. I love the current Halloween decor out. Lots of vintage Halloween. Lots of gorgeous china, pottery, art. Vintage phones and typewriters. Each section is a brand new experience! I found a replica of a Barbasol can from the Jurassic Park movies. They also have some of our awesome small businesses like Juju and Moxie. I think it's a great representation of Tucson! Went here with 2 of my friends on April 30th. We loved it at first but it took a turn. One of my friends overheard one of the employees talking to a security guard about something (I believe something stolen) and she said the N word when describing the people she was talking about. Not even 20 minutes later we run into her again and she's talking to 2 women and complaining about the incident and says the N word another two times. She said it extremely casually like there was no issue with it. We would have LOVED to have bought multiple items here but we decided not to because we don't want our money going to a racist business. We understand being angry about stolen items but there is never a reason to use the N word!!! read more

I had worked outside in the heat all day and wanted to look around the new location before going home but was kicked out because of my appearance. I had been a regular at the store in the past but my first time going into their new location was cut short. Staff are extremely judgmental and followed me around as if I was some criminal. One woman in particular wears a big hat and was standing at the doors ready to turn people away if you aren't presentable. They just need a cafe now to take a break and shop some more lol...there is a Whole Foods next door with salad bar, hot food and deli, but no indoor seating to escape the heat if you need a bite or sip. The Underground is the downstains vending space, so much to see and there's a calendar of events and discounts every month but no haggling! Women owned, neatly displayed, clean and has ac. Scored a Mexican side table that works perfect for our record player and audio equipment. Great and eclectic thrift store! I was looking for some affordable art for my home and ended up at Midtown Mercantile after some internet searching. After walking around a bit, I realized different sellers have "booths" and set their own pricing. The tags have the booth number for the item you want to purchase. I ended up finding a great filigree tray that paired really well with a set of leaf wall hangings I had. The tray was a pretty good price - $35 and honestly looks so great on the wall where I needed some art. I love looking around at the jewelry, art pieces, and vintage kitchenware. Plus up front they have a little area with smart aleck magnets and stickers to check out. I've definitely succumbed to the pressure and made some fun impulse purchases from that table. read more

The first time last week stopped by this place, the place is HUGE and a Rare find they got a little of everything you need and antiques to clothing funiture even snacks and food, and the customer service is pretty good. Alot of different ecletic, bohemian, hippie, modern, sheek, different time pieces also. Some stuff was overpriced and some was so so and some was affordable just depends on what you are looking for definitely a shooppers dream!!! The service was typical what you would see they also have a basement with other unique treasures and finds. So 1 out of 10 I give this place about an 8 out of 10. Only bc of the prices and all. The selections are unbelievable! Best mercantile place I've ever been to in my life actually. The variety with historical items, rich ranch authentic clothing, art, kids stuff, furniture, indoor/outdoor stuff, classy clothing from name brand items, boots, ,every category you can imagine. A step back in time. The place had "no old smell "to it like most thrift stores. Good clean selections. Immaculate well displayed booths and very, very clean. We spent over two hours there because there was so much to see (and buy). Staff pleasant and stylish. Bring your out of town guest as they will enjoy it also. They are under construction in front, it's going to be a popular place. Whole Foods next door and across from The Loft. Soon they will have a coffee bar set up as I understand. Triple M is my favorite place when I want to explore vintage, thrift, handmade finds. It's a lot of fun to wander the TWO ENTIRE FLOORS of booths. I could spend literally all day inside. The staff are so friendly and fun, the store is clean and well-kept, and they have an amazingly curated collection of clothing, furniture, art, jewelry, knickknacks, collectibles, and more. I am also happy to say that the store is easy to navigate and includes dressing rooms on each floor, as well as an elevator for accessibility between floors. They also offer to hold your finds behind the counter so you don't have to carry everything around before you're ready to check out. Literally my happy place! read more

I'm a bit torn because it's always fun to look around here. But after today's transaction I'm a bit sketched out by this place. I dropped over $300 on two rings and a shirt that was marked at $50. And I love my new purchases and the workers were friendly and helpful enough. But when I left the store earlier, I noticed away that the price tag on the shirt was removed and on my receipt it stated that it was $60 before taxes. A bit shady if you ask me. Additionally, the previous time I dropped in with my friend they were so stickler about not opening jewelry cases 20 min before closing and that left a sour taste for us. Thank goodness I'm a reseller and now the value of things and can definitely get my money back if I ever decide to get rid of it! read more

Really love this antique "mall." So many vendors that have some great items! They have furniture, albums (just what I was in the market for!), and so much more to satisfy your treasure hunting!! The reviews are correct when they tell you this place is clean and organized. I walked out with a few albums, but also found other goodies I didn't know I needed. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I love how they come by and offer to hold your items in a cubby at the register area. They give you a cool card as your claim check. The entire experience of walking around was organized and well thought out. Definitely one of the best antique stores I've ever come across. Will definitely return. The best place to find vintage gems. I found the most beautiful carry on. Behold, a red Samsonite carry on (weekender bag). It's in the most beautiful condition and I had to buy it. It was about $30 I believe but worth every penny! It made the perfect carry on for my trip to Puerto Rico. It fit perfectly under the seat. Another excursion exploring the town and found this shopping gem. Friendly welcoming when you walk in and helpful advice on how to remember where you saw something that you've decided you really want ( take a pic on your cellphone of the booth number of where your item is. The number is on the floor). It's setup so that you walk around comfortably and you can see what's being offered. Right now most of the booths have Halloween/Fall decor and items. Very festive indeed. I found a lot of cool items and old books for my guy. Lots of one of a kind goodies here.
