When I first walked in there a few months ago I thought ' what a great place'. They have soooo many cute things. However, as you start paying closer attention a lot of their stuff has scratches, damage or defects. We bought a rug there. Brought it home and noticed a defect. It went back to the store. On a different occasion I purchased an accent table online. A couple of hours later I get a call from the store. It turns out all of the tables they have in stock have scratches so the purchase had to be canceled. Luckily they have a great return policy. You have 60 days to return an item no questions asked...I guess overall it's good to have a place like that near by but look your purchases over carefully... read more

I came here because I was looking for the viral Halloween glasses and unfortunately they were out. The staff were super friendly and gave me some information on when they can be back in stock. The store is super clean and organized and they have everything you can think of. The prices are fair for what they sell. The store is huge, way bigger than I expected. My family and I really enjoyed just walking around the store and looking at all the selections from pillows, to succulents, to furniture and Halloween decor. Huge store. Huge store. Very huge store. Just about everything you need that has to do with your home is here. Not talking about hardware stuff, talking about everything else. You need to just come and take a look for yourself. Prices are regular, you're not going to find discounts here except for sales. But it all about the selection for this store. I wish there was an app to show you where things were like the Target and Walmart and Fry's apps do. There is a general map of the store at the entrance. So wear your hiking shoes. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. 1 day very soon, this store was going to like the party city, joann fabrics, borders bookstore. Concert steinmart pier 1 imports Bed Bath & Beyond bye bye baby 99 cents store. And so many more and that is, they will be out of business forever. I've noticed a pattern with all the stores that I went out of business and that is poor customer service. I went into the store to ask for an item. It wasn't an easy to find item. It wasn't a kitchen product that would be. In the kitchen section or a bathroom product that would be in the bathroom section. It wasn't odds and in product that could virtually be anywhere in the store. I went up to talk to 2 managers who were seemingly talking with one another at the front with no customers nearby. In fact, the store was empty and yet they told me that they are not allowed to help me find the item. You're not allowed to help me find item. Then you should not be in business. The store offers a plethora of essential home goods and accessories with color, style and prices that everyone will love. Love this store! My other half and I have been waiting for it to open and it finally did. Furniture cushions? Boy, they have a large selection. All colors, designs and sizes. Shelving units? Lots of sizes, shapes and price points. This store has several dining tables, chairs, bar stools, beds, pillows, kitchen goods, bath accessories, rugs, and so much more to decorate your home. What I enjoyed is not only are many pieces reasonably priced but there are many open displays of what you can do with the products you find in here. We're getting our patio ready and have our eyes on what we want. It's coming together nicely. New products come every few days. You bet I'll be back. read more

Wow! I can't believe I've been sleeping on this store for so long! The name seemed generic and I mistook it for a different type of store (I thought it would be more appliances, bad assumption). I couldn't have been more wrong. There is EVERYTHING home decor at At Home! It's amazing, and honestly it was a little overwhelming on my first visit. It's HUGE! Somehow they made the store look bigger than the Target that was originally there. I'm bummed that I bought stuff like outdoor decor (pillows, pots for plants, chairs, etc) at other stores, because I had to settle for styles I didn't really love but I needed the items so I had to choose something. Had I went to At Home, there wouldn't have been this issue! There are soooo many choices! Any style you might want, I'm pretty sure they have. I'm definitely going to At Home when those items wear out. There's also indoor decor: kinda generic wall art stuff, lots and lots of mirrors, tons of candles and lamps (lamps of many sizes), indoor plants, floor art, kitchen gadgets (including Lodge items at decent prices!). The prices were decent, but look for sales because they're good. And sign up for their mailing list, I keep getting 10% off coupons. I felt the store could've been labelled maybe a tad better, but that could just be me since I tend to get scatterbrained. The store was well lit and clean, and the check out staff was very kind. I'll be returning to At Home the very next time I need home decor items! read more

This store is set in a Target that closed several years ago. I had driven by it several times, but had never stopped in. I wish I had checked it out a long time ago. The store is huge and has so much in it! We were looking for a Christmas tree, but that was just one part of the store. They have quite a bit of furniture, indoor and outdoor, area rugs, wall decorations, all sorts of other home decorating items, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom items. I don't understand how the store stays in business. I've been to the one in Prescott three times and the one in Tucson twice. There's always only one checker which to some degree I understand because there's no one shopping in the store. You can't find help, the prices are very high for the crap that they're selling and the checkout guy that I got this time just couldn't be less helpful and I was buying two items. read more

Wow, this place is no joke. It's the size of Home Depot so bring your walking shoes. They have anything and everything you could want for your home. Silk flowers Patio decor framed art dining room furniture batteries shelving and a thousand other things. I could go back and just wander around for hours. I can't say if the prices on everything are fair because I bought things I don't normally shop for and had nothing to compare too. The reason I'm docking a star is for the checkout. It was a mess. The employees were waiting on supervisors and was over 15 minutes of waiting to check out. Hopefully it's just a learning curve. read more

We found your store the other day and I was very excited because I remember seeing one of your stores in Phoenix .I walked in and sure enough they had great deals on the patio cushions... 50% off sale Labor Day weekend..... I decided to get an entire new set for my patio ...when I got home excitedly... put them on ..I sat down the quality of the cushion was so bad... that I hit the metal bar ... and No I'm not overweight ..I unzipped the cushion and found the quality of the cushion so thin that I had to take them back... so sad and disappointed they still cost over $200 and the quality was very very poor. read more

Overwhelming would be the most accurate word I would use to describe this store. They've got lots and lots and lots of stuff. It's in an old Target building so you can imagine how big it is inside! If you like to buy your decor from Hobby Lobby, you may be able to find something to like here. My style tends toward vintage, eclectic, MCM, etc. so I wasn't expecting to find much but came in looking for a rug and some pillows, with no luck. The quality here is incredibly poor and the prices are not low enough for how bad it is. You'd get better quality for the same or lower prices at Target or IKEA, and both places have more thoughtful design. Cheapest of the cheap materials, poor construction, bland styles. This place is like the hobby lobby but 10 times bigger and with more furniture. Its great foe getting ideas about decor in your home indoor or outdoor. The problem is some things are way overpriced and can find it cheaper if you know where to look. Like i saw things I have seen before at Ross, target, and TJ Max for way cheaper. On thw other hand there was also things that were very wrll priced. You just have to know what you want and if you want to spend the money. All of the employees at the store do absolutely everything inside the store. There are no set cashiers, truck people, floor people, janitors, cart people, etc where that is their only job. Supervisors have it worse. Understaffing is due to the pandemic as well as lack of hours available for the workers because we are a "self-help" business model. No overtime is allowed either. We try our best and we would love to help and be more courteous if we weren't all trying to do a thousand things at once. All we ask from our customers is that you be patient and understanding especially of things we cannot control (policies, hours, staffing, coverage, SALES) because in the end we do have a lot of great things to offer and we'd love for you to buy from us for your home decor needs !! read more

Doesn't even deserve a star!! I was there this past weekend 9/24/2022. Thought I loved this store, but after this weekend I won't be going back. I was excited to see a 50% off tag on the patio cushions. They had the ones I really wanted for a while. The tag said $29.99 ON ALL THE CUSHIONS and then a 50% off tag on the other side. I get to the register and the cashier tells me that they are $39.99 not the $29.99. I told her no ma'am the tag states that they are $29.99 with a 50% off coupon. I showed her the tag she tells me no I'm not doing it for the $29.99 because we're changing prices. Well this is and was very disappointing to me and I feel that it's false advertising. As a store it should provide signs stating of their changes especially on prices or remove the original price and put your new price. I walked out without my cushions and very discouraged. I will not return to this store as the cashier was rude as hell and they are false advertising their items. Just an FYI people the price tags are not what you will pay at the register so pay attention at check out. Also associates of the store are rude as hell when you tell them that it's false advertising and that is not right they are supposed to sell the item for the price it is marked or post signs stating of this supposed change. It's an enormous selection and a good girls trip in the midst of a pandemic. It's fun to be there, and feels good. Most of the prices are decent. Don't expect to see any employees. Too many emails if you sign up for their program. When you do find, the only employee in the store, the lone cashier... she'll have no idea about how to use the register, what the programs are, how they work, why to sign up, or say thank you for coming. I love this store, it has so many wonderful things for in your home and outside in your garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, however when I got to the check out line I felt a little nervous being around the cashier, due to the fact that all he was wearing was a face shield that barely went down to his chin and no face mask at all. It made me very uncomfortable to be around him, since wearing a face shield with no mask does absolutely nothing. All face shields are supposed to do is protect the mucas membranes of the wearer's eyes. Please ensure that your staff are wearing face masks that properly cover their mouth and nose. Face shields with no mask do not count as adequate protection. read more
