This location is great!! Big open area! Lots of dogs for my fur kid to play with at all times! This park comes stocked with tennis balls, water access, a small tub of water for your pawsome kiddo to play in, and bathroom as well! Be mindful of where you park though! DO NOT PARK AT THE VET HOSPITAL across the street. That is understandably for their customers ONLY. There is PLENTY of parking nearby that doesn't result in getting your car towed, and is also respectful to the businesses around you. BE MINDFUL and stop being entitled ! I absolutely love this dog park! it's always pretty clean, there are hydrants, balls, shaded areas and a small pool. They even provide poop bags for when your pup does their business. We love Mutts so much we drive a good distance just to go there. read more

I'm a regular at the dog park. I love it there and I would give it full stars if there was more seating available other than just the 2 tables. You can sit on the bricks around the trees but The dogs pee all on the bricks and when you sit down you know you're sitting in pee because you can smell it. A few benches and lawn chairs would be a nice addition since this park is very popular and has a large enough land to add more options for the owners. The other reviews talk about a bathroom which means they probably don't go that often and should know those bathrooms are locked and can't be used. read more

This dog park is the biggest in the downtown area of OKC. There isn't a ton of grass except in mid-spring, but it is heavily used and it is FREE to the public. Even on the coldest or hottest of days, I can expect for my pup to have another dog to play with. There are two separate fenced areas-- a large one for big dogs and a smaller adjacent one for smaller ones. There is a tin pavilion to stand/sit under, and a watering station with a hose! read more

This dog park is not the best. Most of the time there is no grass at all. The location is convenient and it is open all hours, but I would not recommend going unless you just need a big open area to play fetch with your dog. Someone really needs to do maintenance on the grounds. read more

In our quest to find the paw-fact dog park we headed to Midtown Mutts. She really enjoyed it, but the small dog side is pretty much an after thought. The large dog side has swimming pools, picnic tables for humans and lots of toys. The small dog side is pretty much a big yard. Still she enjoyed running the fence line chasing the big dogs. read more

This place is great! It's small enough that dogs and owners are more likely to interact. There are toys, poop bags, water buckets, seats, shaded areas, grass, a community garden, and a lot of regulars. It's entertaining to watch people going to bars and the place is well maintained. We no longer frequent this dog park. The changes from the large area to two areas and the bad upkeep mean we haven't visited in over a year. On a regular day, it's incredible dirty and dusty because there is no grass. During a rainy season, well you can guess what a dirt pile turns into. There are pot holes everywhere, random chairs just thrown around... I know it's only a matter of time before they turn this land into an apartment building, but wish in the meantime it could get a little more attention. My dog and I just head over to Harn Park and I let him run around there instead. read more

I love this dog park, particularly because of where it's located, and with great hours. But, I have a small dog and their small dog area leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is the large hole around the tree in this area. It's been growing for months, and nothing has been done about it. There is also poor drainage near the water spigots, so a lot of mud gets built up. The large dog owners like to drain their buckets in the small dog area, so the mud pit gets pretty out of hand. With that said, we come here fairly frequently and throw around some tennis balls for a good time. It's great that they have an area for my puppy to play in safely, since the big dogs can get rough. read more

Decent dog park, pretty small but its in the middle of downtown so that's somewhat understandable. Not much for obstacles for the dogs to play on, there's one small shaded area and about 11 seats total for the whole park, no trees around for shade. We went in the middle of April and it was mostly dirt. We visited this park on our way to Bleu Garten and wanted to get the pups tired first, it was decent but probably won't be coming back unless we do the same thing. read more

Great little dog park that is well-used, but not a mud-hole. I've yet to visit and encounter a clueless pet owner (something that happens all too often at other dog parks). Not everyone is vigilant about cleaning up after their pet, so watch your step. However, it's a great spot, super convenient location, and a great neighborhood asset. Kudos to Midtown Renaissance, the Central Oklahoma Humane Society and Downtown Oklahoma City for listening to people and spending a little (and I mean little) cash to create a great asset and a ton of goodwill. read more

Attended a Dog Day in December hosted here and I decided it was alright. The dog park is quite small and I did not see a station with sacs available for poop accidents. My advice is to bring your own sacs. The park is decent for small to medium sized dogs, but not very friendly for giant dogs because the size is small and the fences isn't very tall. read more

We enjoyed taking our dogs here many times over the past few months until our dog ate a pecan from the large pecan tree in the park and had to have emergency surgery. Apparently, pecans are a known doggie no no and I wish there would have been a sign to this effect as a warning. We are sad we can no longer enjoy this spot! If not for the hazardous nut tree, I would give this park 4 stars. read more

What is there to say about a dog park? This is a much needed addition to midtown and every time I have been I have enjoyed talking to other folks there, it seems like dogs are a bonding for humanity, giving us something in common to talk about, even if all dogs are different. Most people pick up poo, so there is only a minimal chance of stepping on a brown bomb. People have brought and left frisbee and tennis balls for your pooch to play with. There is s nice seating area with a cover over it to shade the sun, it also seems to be where all the dogs like to gather. A nice little water spot too. Check it out, but don't forget to take your dog there, also after a good old romp you can both stroll over to Bleu Garten and swig a cider or three read more

To start you walk thru a storage/transport container with cattle panels for doors. This is the smallest & worst dog park I've been to ever! There is no grass. There is just a small fenced in dry piece of dirt. Plenty of sticker burrs if you love brushing those out of your dogs coat for hours. Mud hole located where you should be able to allow your dog to get a drink of water. Let's see what else.... No areas for small dogs or large dogs. They're all in on big fenced in area. Nor do people clean up after their dogs. One of ours stepped in a pile I'm sure was left by a dinosaur. Giant pecan tree in the middle of the park with plenty of pecans for your dog to eat or choose on. If people are proud of this dog park then they should keep it clean & maybe spend a little time to make it look better. Not a fun visit with my dogs at all! read more

Open late which is great for people like me who work until past 7. Park stays open until 11 PM and is located in Plaza district, which makes it a fun area to hang out in. I don't have a large dog, but the small dog area is a great size for my 20 pounder with lots of energy. read more

My girl loves the park and all the toys there. The majority of dogs and owners are friendly, but I have experienced too many aggressive or rough dogs at this park for me to feel safe there anymore. Especially keep watch for a brown german shepherd mix. The owner let it in while it was growling and frothing and it pounced on my dog. It had her pinned against the fence by the time I got to the gate. Luckily​ I was able to get it off her before she and I got more than a few scratches. The owner didn't even care. IF YOUR DOG DOESN'T LIKE OTHER DOGS, DON'T TAKE IT TO A DOG PARK. Simple as that. I have one that isn't too fond of most dogs so he stays at home. Please be a responsible owner. read more

My human had read reviews about this dog park. I went to be reunited with my brother. I'm glad he came because the park was so small and had almost no grass. I was not used to that . Plus the humans had shade but the dogs did not. Ugh. I'm glad to never go there again. read more
