Was having tire issues and being 8 hours from home, so I stopped to get help. The lady behind the counter had her mouth full of popcorn, and was very rude. There was guy walking thru and she ask him where we could go to get help, and he said as he was walking away I don't know. This guy didn't even hesitate for one second to help a stranded motorist. I dropped my car off at Midway Auto Care this morning because I had oil on my spark plugs. The same issue occurred a little over a year ago and I had the valve cover gasket replaced at Savannah Tire. I was not impressed with the service or the price Savannah Tire charged. Midway Auto Care is on my route to work and came recommended by a couple of my coworkers. Midway Auto Care is a NAPA AutoCare Center and the technicians are ASE Certified. I spoke with Bobby and he was genuine friendly guy. One I described my problem he identified the valve cover gasket as the problem right away. Note: I never mentioned that I had the problem before. They provided me with a ride to work since my ride was running a little behind. My gasket was not bad. I am a computer guy not a car guy but it appears the spark plugs were not tight enough and caused the problem. These guys were very honest and I appreciate that. They could have easily said the gasket was bad and they had to replace it and charge me for it. I did need my wires replaced. The cost was very reasonable and everyone here seemed very knowledgeable. If you are in the area I would recommend this place! I will be back because of the connivence and great service. It's sad but a lot of auto care places can not be trusted and try to nickel and dime you, but I genuinely feel this is not the case here. I plan on trading my car in (2008 Mazda 6i) within the next month but I will bring my new car here too! Thess are the nicest people. I needed front & rear brakes for my Jeep. The dealership gave me am astronomical quote. These guys did it for less than half of that. I didn't have anyone to take me home/pick me up since my fiance is handing military stuff. The owners sweet wife took me home and picked me up when my Jeep was done. I really appreciate that. I would recommend anyone to use these folks and will definitely use them again. Great job & great service! read more

Horrible. I bought a car in midway and took it to this shop to have all the struts and shocks replaced so I could make the trip back to Virginia safely. I made it to Fayetteville North Carolina and one of the shocks came completely out and put a hole in the body of my car. This could have easily wrecked it killed me going down route 95 at the speed of 70-75 mph. I do not suggest anybody go to this shop unless you're looking for terrible, careless, and sloppy work that could cost you your car or your life. read more
