However, it was very apparent that something was wrong, the vehicle was veering all over the road. We got a second opinion from a mechanic off post and the diagnostic concluded that the front end was installed wrong. Parts that were touching should not have been; they should be free. Upon calling and attempting to recover part of our funds for the installation being done improperly, we were met with denial of any wrongdoing before the owner would even look out our evidence. Instead he decided to find our vehicle based off of our home address(misuse of personal information) and phone harass us and our new mechanic. My front end was reinstalled by a different mechanic off post and now it drives as it did prior to the accident. It was their recommendation that I attempt to get a refund from New Beginning. They said that the work done was very rushed and not done correctly. Because of the improper installation, the alignment could not have been done. This shop charged me for a diagnostic (was not done), an alignment (was not done), and to install my front end (done improperly). Refused our diagnosis from the new mechanic before even looking at our vehicle. They still have not provided a refund for the shotty, rushed work that they did. I would not recommend this place at all. They will gaslight you into believing they did good work and not care to fix any of their mistakes. Go off post if you don't want to be stolen from and taken advantage of. I've never met such dishonest and rude people in my life.

Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. A basic oil change with nothing else is $50 MORE than a full service and car wash at the dealership. And the guy walked up smiling like he did me a huge favor saying he took off $5 for military.... Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place and all others if they all have the same prices. I gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and nice to work with. I understand they don't control pricing. If management reads this, staff was awesome! But you need to talk to your higher up because your pricing schedule is trash and gouging the people of Richmond hill that don't know better.... $150 for just a basic oil change.
